Didn’t make the trip and hotel refused to refund any of the money. Paid $444 to hold a room!

We had a complicated reservation--three nights with two separate reservations--and we requested room change from one bed to two beds in the middle of one of the reservations. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating for all our needs.

The hotel is quite dated. The room was damp and musty. At least though the bed linens were clean and tidy. The outdoor seating/picnic space was soiled with several dirty ashtrays and beer cans. The exercise room has no fan or air conditioning making for an extremely uncomfortable workout.

Very nice hotel for after the football game, fast check in and very friendly staff, only bad thing was there was no elevator and I would have asked for a 1st floor room for my wife’s needs if I would have known but great once we got settled in

Overall the stay was fine. It was just a place to sleep overnight on a longer trip. There was leftover food in the refrigerator freezer in our room-gross. Breakfast choices were not refilled when empty. I guess once it’s gone, it’s gone.

When I walked into my room, it had a fairly strong flower-like fragrance, but after I turned on the air conditioner and circulated the air, it went away. The room and bathroom were clean and everything worked as expected. The staff was helpful and considerate. The breakfast wasn't anything fancy, but it was hot and ready the one morning I partook. It's convenient to shopping and food and close to the interstate. I wouldn't hesitate to say here again.
