Front desk staffer was rude during checkin, to me and the person after me. None of the streaming channels worked on the TV, they all showed a network error and no Internet connection. I called the same front desk staffer who was again rude and told me I had to sign in to watch a streaming channel. I explained that they all had an error and she told me I had to reconnect the TV to the Internet because they reset it after every guest, but had no idea how I was supposed to do it. So no streaming. Also, no water pressure in the shower and the pipe was coming out of the wall. The manager the next morning, however, was super nice and helpful.

This is my go to place in Harlingen. Tried several others but found this to be the best and most convenient. Close to several restaurants in walking distance. Adjacent to movie theater. Small work out center but just enough for minimum workout. Decent breakfast with several options. Excellent staff.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and even allowed me to check in early, which was a nice bonus. I loved that breakfast was provided in the morning, and the room having a refrigerator and microwave was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, with pillows that were soft, squishy, and perfectly shaped to cradle your head. The restroom was beautifully lit, although I wished the trash can was a bit larger. Overall, everything was fantastic—10/10. I highly recommend this place for its comfort, great service, and reasonable price.

This is my hotel of choice whenever I stay in the area. It’s clean and comfortable, offers a great complimentary breakfast, and the staff are always helpful and professional. They offer a free shuttle to the airport and even at 4:30 in the morning it wasn’t an issue. The driver was happy to take me. There are a variety of restaurants nearby m, making it very convenient.

Bed and pillows are amazing. bathroom floor a little dirty. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy are full time there had to leave early due to the hurricane so we lost a paid night there.

Ive been staying here for abt 2 1/2 years and this is the first time i was instructed to place a bracelet on if i chose to use the pool so they could see who were actual coustmers. But when we wanted to go down to the pool it was full with about 12 or more people with no bracelets.
When notfied establishment they stayed they could've do anything about it. So why give Instructions to people if you dont plan on enforcing rules.
