The bed was very old and lumpy. Put simply, it is a good location but it is a "tired" resort in need of major renovation. We also were unaware of a $35 per day resort fee until we checked out. Would have been nice to know.

The bathroom toilet was cleaned on the bottom. Reported it to the front desk. It was never cleaned.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken. Other than that it was great!

The slide at the pool was a hit with my daughter. London bridge is right there, with plenty of walkable restaurants and shopping under the bridge. Front desk was really accommodating and allowed pre check-in which gave us access to pool area early while we waited for our room.

It was truly very nice, Brennan was very helpful, gave us recommendations for places to eat, Martini Bay was great! We were first timers there and the accommodations were very pleasant.

The facilities are very damaged and the cleaning is terrible, so too the appliances don't work well are very old, the pool the water was very cloudy, needed cleaning, the service in the restaurant was the worst make you wait a lot and the attention of waiters and the way they talk to you is very bad, it was my second time to go and now I can say that the last one

I love that all the rooms have a kitchette in them. It made for planning meals for day trip adventures perfect. Staff was super helpful and friendly! And that slide. How fun!

The hotel staff was amazingly accommodating and helpful with a smile.
The pool was lovely and had the perfect temperature.
My only complaint is the tiny fitness room and only few equipment
