The location was perfect for our purposes. We could walk to restaurants, shopping, and the AT&T baseball stadium in just minutes. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. I want to single out one staff member who was particularly wonderful- Sebastian Delahoz. We had inquired about baseball tickets and he happened to have some that weren't being used and he offered them to us for free. When he found out we were celebrating our anniversary, we found a nice card slipped under our door later that evening congratulating us. He was so thoughtful and pleasant it really made our stay special!

The staff were amazing and very sweet! We arrived a little early and were able to check in and even got a room upgrade for free! We also found out that Wednesday is bacon day for breakfast and it was yummy! The hotel is in a great location close to the aquarium and plenty of places to eat, all within walking distance. This is definitely a family friendly hotel and a good bang for your buck.

The location was very convenient for the riverfront attractions. The linens were clean but the chairs and carpets were not. The property is aging and it smelled slightly musty. The staff were very nice, but for the price newer and nicer hotels are available.

My main reason for visiting Chattanooga was to experience the Riverwalk bike trail. This hotel turned out to be the perfect location. I easily rode my bike from hotel to trail in less than five minutes. My spacious room featured a kitchen complete with frig, stove and cookware. Everything was spotless and very nice. Although my room faced the street, it was very quiet. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was within a couple minute walking distance of many great restaurants, the minor league baseball stadium and the aquarium. And the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel looks more modern, but nothing is modern about it.The mattress in our room was incredibly uncomfortable and hard. The pull out mattress in the livingroom had holes in it and was barley an inch thick. Speaking of holes, the couch had rips and tares in it. While they do list that parking is an additional fee (18.00) in the Expedia description, we were charged a higher rate per night at the hotel. We paid to park our car on hotel property and on the first night our car was broken into. We were parked right in front of the door... Overall our experience was not worth the price tag of hotel. I would like to reiterate that the front desk staff, hose keepers, and all other staff we encountered we every kind and always asked us how our day was going. They had amazing customer service.

Stain on couch which made it look dirty. Elevator floor was dirty. Had only ONE elevator for entire hotel so wait was quite long on several occassions, we finally took the stairs. Somewhat disappointed. Location was good though.
