Incredibly dirty and run down! Had to ask for bath towels as none were provided! The small hand towels that were in there were used and dirty! Same with the bedding! No comforter provided unless requested! I asked for 2 so we could lay on one and cover with the other! Just felt so nasty in there, the shower was so gross and hair in the drain I didn’t even shower and my little one was afraid to be in the shower! You felt like you didn’t wanna touch anything the moment you walked into the hotel!

The hotel was dirty, there was trash piled up in the hallways, we found a dead roach in our room, we wore shoes the entire time because the floor was filthy. Not just our room, the entire hotel seemed to be in a rundown state, the common areas, the parking lot, the elevator and the stairs, etc. I’ve stayed a cheap motels that took more pride in their property than this place. The “breakfast” was joke. I booked three nights, and ended up checking out early. Do not stay here.

The management was nice, but, the hotel is currently being remodeled. They should closed the hotel while it's being remodeled. Hotel was very dirty! Just look at the pictures. They say it all!! It will not let me add the photos 🤔

This was by far, the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at. There was dried cat food on the floor, acrylic nails that had popped off by the nightstand, a hole in the couch, a white stain that resembled dried semen on the couch, and rolled up foil on the floor. In addition, we had no bath towels, and the washcloths appeared to have been stepped on. Unfortunately, we checked in late, and I lacked the energy to change rooms. I sprayed Lysol on the sheets and prayed my immune system would take care of the rest. I will NEVER stay there again. If that is the standard, they should lower their prices…

Worst property I have ever stayed in the United States. Upon exiting the elevator there was a smell of soiled diapers which did not ever disappeared. Hall walls were without paint and hall floors were deplorable.

All the hotel was dirty, the hall ways were ugly the carpet was all mest up . The bathroom looked like it wasnt clean. There was a leak from the other floor and mest up the hole wall

The place looked dirty and old as soon as you walked in, the room was no different. The carpet was disgusting, the bathroom had lifted tile, mold, and even the ceilings had stains.

Dirty carpets, dirty bathroom, stained towels, front desk not friendly, outside had trash all over and atound the building. There was throw up in the drive way at entrance. No one cleaned it up, even after an hour after I told front desk kid

the carpets are 80 years old and very dity and stinky. The room was stinky. Breakfast is a joke.

The hotel is so dirty. Service is so bad. The room wasn't bad, but the hallways, the elevator, the other facility are so dirty and during 3 nights stay never see anyone cleaning.

I don't ever leave reviews, but this time I really needed to. First when we got to the hotel the lady at the front desk was polite and great. The 1st room she gave us was terrible. We walked in and there was trash on the beds and a used masked . The elevator was nasty, smelled like urine and had spit sunflowers on the floor. (They were stoll there when we checked out) When we got to our floor, we could understand there was some construction going on but the floor looked like they had not been vacuumed in a while. The lady had gotten 3 more keys to check 3 different rooms before we got ours. This last room was the cleanest but still not la Quinta standards. There was hair in the sink and in the shower and on the walls of the shower. The floor didnt look like it also had not been vacuumed in s few days. There was a bag on the smoke detector. We had used the stairs and the fire stair waya few times and they both were very disgusting and dirty. When we got back to our room our keys didnt work and had to go back down twice before the maintenance came to see why it wouldnt open. After 30 mins of standing in the hallway we finally got in our room.We had gone down to ask for more towels and was told they would bring some up but they never did. I was told they lost the key to get in the linen closet. I alwaysLa Quintas when ever I go out of town. This one is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. La Quinta has never let me down and this one makes me not want to stay at one again.

The hotel changed my reservation from the construction floor to the first floor. Upon entering the room, the carpet look like it has been there for decades and had not been cleaned. The beds and sheets were clean. The shower curtain had a smell mildew. During breakfast (open XX-9am), we arrived around 8 am. The setting was very poor. There was very limited selection of breakfast items and all cold items with the exception of the waffles. There were no special dietary items such as decaf coffee. Additionally, plates or plasticware were not provided. One person had to use a napkin to eat his waffle. At this point, we are not planning to stay at this hotel again.
