My daughter and I checked in extremely late (due to delayed flights). They were very accommodating. Breakfasts were better than most hotels I've stayed at (they even had hot chocolate on the coffee machine for my daughter). Room was very clean.

Very clean, nice hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to airport and park and stay for a very reasonable fee.

The only disappointment was the pool was to cold and had to much chlorine. My eyes was burning really bad from the chlorine.

Well everything look clean to had a few issues with the restroom with a couch especially the restroom but otherwise everything was okay.

The hotel is very nice and updated. The front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. The only negative thing was the desk had something sticky on it so I had to clean it. The back of the toilet was either dirty or ??? There's something on the nightstand and the shower doesn't look like it gets cleaned as well. The app wouldn't take pictures but I took some.

No issues. This was just a quick trup to catch a show downtown. Breakfast was good, dining kitchen area very clean.

We came here for a one night stay for a concert. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s about 20 minutes from the event center. It’s right by the airport. The hotel was clean and seemed to be up to date. Room rate was reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I’m ever in the area again I will stay here.

Overall, our stay was fine. Hotel was quiet and in a convenient location which was good. However, for a newer hotel, our room was quite run down. The TV wasn’t mounted on the wall and it didn’t work at all. The shower had a crack in the surround that looked like an attempted fix was made, but it was done very sloppily. The caulking in the shower was either very dirty or was starting to mold. The bottom of the shower surround was extremely dirty. Inside the shower, there was still hair left in the drain and shampoo spilled all over the floor. The breakfast food also left something to be desired. The muffins were stale and the eggs were cold.
All in all, it was an okay stay. We didn’t feel unsafe, it was quiet, the bed was clean, the room was spacious, and the location was good for those leaving out of STL.

Great hotel and great service. Very clean. Microwave was left on all day after housecleaning - malfunctioned and the room smelled like an electrical fire when we got back that evening. Could have started a fire. Then the toilet leaked.

The hotel is pretty new so carpets, furniture etc are in good condition. Sheets and bedding were very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was not very healthful or quality.
Of course it’s common that door closing in hotels by other occupants can be loud bangs.
The a/c was especially noisy.
Check in was very cheery and courteous
