We stayed in The Loft, a two story room. It was everything we needed and there was a balcony. The only thing that didn’t work well for us was that the bed, which was on the second floor, had to be against a wall which made it awkward for the inside person to get in and out especially in the night. The bathroom was on the ground floor. For seniors who need to use the washroom in the night having to go downstairs was a bit inconvenient. We would definitely stay at this hotel again but in a different room. Very convenient to everything. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Couldn't get any closer to the restaurants and shops and activities, fun little loft.

Hidden jem, I stay here every visit to Whistler. It steps you right out into the village and has parking. Loft style is perfect for my family. Put our daughter to sleep upstairs and don’t need to worry about waking her.

Our bed was broken. The tv was small and hard to watch from were it was placed too far from the sitting area. The room was awkwardly set up and had difficulty getting our luggage there with all the stairs.

It was not easy to navigate where the hotel was. The lobby looked run down but the room itself was wonderful!

Absolutely perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Very cozy. Kind and very helpful staff. Ideal location, very central. Easy parking. Safe area, quiet and close to everything. Would 100% return when we'll come back to Whistler. Thank you so very much for making our stay so special!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was not as clean as it should be. The couch was very dirty, had to lay towels on it to be able to sit down. The vent in the bathroom above the sink, you could tell it had never been cleaned. It was full of caked on dust. I left some kleenex on the dresser, they were not even picked up. The location is prime, but unfortunately i would not reccommend it because of the cleanliness issue.

The location is infront of the village and close to restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tubs was at a different location. Room did not have direct access to elevator and prepare to climb stairs. Check in was difficult to find location and online checking in was not convenient. Additional cost for parking

It’s a very nice loft with second floor with excellent patio and beautiful view. The only downside is the room on the second floor has no AC. But good thing the weather is not that hot.
