Room needed to be clean and the pull out couch needed replaced they switched our rooms and that room had a bad odor we were just there for the night and the night staff was seemed bothered by our arrival and their check in time was 24hrs morning staff was really pleasant and handed out a water bottle and a pretzel snack during check out so that was nice. We did have our pet with us and he seemed unsettled about the place overall won’t stay here again

Expedia screwed everything up. Expedia doubled booked and did not pay out enough for the damages. Plans were made based off the booking and damages occurred when Expedia did not honor the booking. Time ultimately cannot be bought back.

I liked that it was a secure building. I freely very safe while I was there.

Staff unprofessional. Need to hire front desk staff, who can assist customers needs without confrontation.

The area is an industrial park setting. Most pattruns are long time. The room was. Eat up. Holes in the walls. Toilet wasn't clean. Shower floor was very dirty.

It was quiet and it was a great place to stay for the night. The outside was dirty, with lint and some garbage on the ground. Other than that it was a good hotel for the price

Great hotel! Great area. I worked in Portland but this was a safer option for me. Very clean. Felt comfortable with being a solo traveler

The manager Ruby was very rude and harassed my kids and myself. She was forcing me to pay a fee for my service animal and stated that paperwork wasn’t proof. She also stated that the only way to avoid the fee was to get rid of my service animal. One of her employees told us to take the smoke detector down cause even after changing the battery it was still beeping like it had a dead battery so Ruby was going to charge us stating her employees would never tell someone to take those down. Front Desk worker Denis was very helpful and really nice. This property is also not safe with all the drug addicts that stay there . We had to go out and buy a locking gas cap since our full tank of gas would be gone every morning. Vehicles were broken into and Ruby didn’t care. Definitely never going back there again.

This place was horrible. Filthy room, dogs running in the hallway, no help at front desk.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. First of all all the druggies floating around inside and outside. Hallways stank of cigarettes, pot and drugs. Someone had crapped beside the elevator. The room smelled bad , and didn’t have any pillows. We turned around and asked for a refund. Stayed somewhere else.
