Beautiful and luxurious with a super downtown location

Second time we stayed here but very disappointed this round. Blindsided by lack of services…no housekeeping, no breakfast baskets, no bars/restaurants open (even though other hotel bars were operating), no bellhop (he watched us pull up from inside the lobby and didn’t offer help with bags or valet). They just had a “too bad for you” attitude. I understand some services being limited due to the storm but they literally had no services and a bad attitude as well. This will be the last time we stay there.

Great stay with very friendly staff. Room was clean but bed was very hard. The restaurant was good and the bartender was very friendly. Only downside is that rooftop bar and the Draftsman was closed.

Absolutely loved this hotel. They just reopened post-hurricane but everything was great. Some parts of the hotel aren't open but it didn't affect my stay. I appreciate the location and easy check in and check out. The staff are lovely. I look forward to my next visit.

The hotel was very nice, clean and trendy. We found the service to be lacking, valets weren’t around, had to go get my own car in checkout (they walked me down to my car) just felt like they were very under staffed.

Absolutely stunning hotel with wonderful amenities. The location is wonderful, staff was super friendly and helpful. Truly the best experience I’ve had at a hotel! Highly recommend!

We’ve travelled to Asheville yearly for over a decade and of all the places, my wife and I agree this has been our favorite spot so far. Will come back next year!

Everything about this property was perfect and top notch. Very accommodating staff. Gorgeous facility. They really thought of everything. Our room faced the triangle park in Payton, which led to a little more noise but not enough to keep us awake. Would definitely stay here again. Maybe just request a room on the other side of the building.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. We loved everything about it. Only negative is that it’s across the street from the park where the drumming circle and musicians make a lot of noise.

We came for our one year anniversary. It was amazing from check in to checkout we couldn’t say enough of how amazing it was. This will be our go to spot every time we visit.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Food at The Exchange was delicious and the delivered picnic baskets each morning were a nice touch. The only thing was the scent of the hotel (from incense maybe?) was a bit too strong (for me) at times.

Every detail of the highest caliber here. Breakfast baskets left outside the room, complimentary waters and hummus with crackers left every day in the fridge, beautifully decorated rooms, courteous check-in, quick valet service, and super fun sports bar and rooftop bar. Highly recommend.

Rooms are very nicely decorated and comfortable. The hotel is in a great area and is conveniently situated close to stores and restaurants. There are several restaurants and cafés in a walkable distance. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at The Exchange (the hotel’s restaurant). We will most definitely be staying here again!
