Dirty and the room was hot and humid when I got there and by the time the air conditioning had cooled down the room it was well into the night.

We stayed in a pet friendly room with our cat. The room was filthy with dog hair all over and in the bed sheets. We requested new sheets which were also dirty. My daughter spent 20 min with a lint roller cleaning! We woke up the next morning and all our stuff was wet. Water from a storm had leaked in and everything on the floor was soaked.

The hotel is a little run down. Elevator broke while I was there, though they got a guy in to fix it the same day. The room was good and clean. Staff was helpful but ran out of coffee for the room.

Went to my room and it was hot and humid. Checked the air and it was blowing warm air. Went to the desk and was told that the air conditioners there take a while to cool the room down. It was running when I got there. He agreed to give me another room. I couldn't even begin to explain the smell in this one. I have pics. The vent in the bathroom was filthy, the curtains were ragged on the bottom and they were dirty. The carpet was stained and dirty. The bedspread was dirty. There was water in the coffee maker. I have no idea how long that had been in there, There was dust on every thing above eye level. The pool was closed. Everything seemed to be on the cheap. This is the only chain of hotels I like to stay in, I was so disappointed.

Convenient to get to. Friendly check in. Got there early no room ready but did call me when room got cleaned. Only draw back was the meat (sausage) for breakfast. Seemed it was micro waved and not cooked.

Upon booking the hotel, not all amenities were accurate online. I’m assuming I pay for the amities that are given within the description of when booking the room. Within the description, it had indicated that there was a pool. Upon arrival I was told the pool was out of service. The pool appeared to be out of service for sometime, As the signage on the door was wore out and very crumbled in appearance. But I’m also assuming the rate I paid was to have access to a pool? It would also be nice if there was a snack and drinks section, instead of either having to go to the vending machine or down street to the convenience store.

The front desk clerk had no personality. No friendly greeting, no eye contact, barely said two words to me.
