Crumbling ceiling tiles and bucket to catch water on the staircase, therefore steps were wet and slippery. Ceiling debris on the steps. No coffee maker in room, although, The girls at reception desk were very helpful and professional and very nice. Didn't like that on top of the room fee, that there was a $250 refundable deposit in case we damaged the room.

Theres a great coffee shop and a super friendly attendant there. The gym is the best gym I've seen in a hotel. They have power by generator so you never lose ac.

Staff was great. The area has suffered since the 2017 hurricane that hit them hard. The property is on its way back to what was probably it glory days from before the hurricane. The rooms are very clean and worked out great for our family of six. The Blue iguana restaurant on site is good.
