Ive stayed at this hotel before, staff always great as it was for this trip. However, hotel is under renovation and the pool was closed for maintenance. Would have been nice to know that before booking. I would have book another hotel.

It would have been nice to know the hotel is under construction before booking the stay. It was only one night so we tolerated it. Breakfast advertised when booking but in reality, a "to go" bag was the only option which was disappointing. I know this was due to construction, but had we known all of this in advance, we definitely would have made a different choice. To add insult to injury, there was no bedspread/comforter on the bed which may have been a good thing in the end. Also, our toilet didn't flush properly and it did stop up. I had to use the men's bathroom -- single stall -- since the women's was locked the whole time. (my husband was in ours) Luckily there was a plunger in the restroom since the toilet stopped up and had to plunge it myself. Took the plunger to our room where I am currently trying to unclog our toilet and avoid throwing up. Yes, I know I could have called staff, but why bother. Maybe after construction, this may be a nice place but until then, I would definitely discourage staying here unless you are desperate.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Motel is undergoing a big renovation, so dining area was closed, however they did provide a nice bag breakfast.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Lots of fast food within walking distance. Washer, dryer, Vending machine and ice machine. I would definitely stay again.

They were in the middle of renovations, so parking lot & walkways had various construction debris: wires, screws, etc. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean. The swing guard lock on the door was barely held in by a screw, but the deadbolt lock worked well.

The room was dirty the head board look like it had blood to that was poorly cleaned freezer was over frosted the microwave had rust and possible mold growth. The bath tub had hair the pool was dirty they say they offer breakfast but they don't.

I understand that they are doing renovations but the room looked like it had not been vacuumed at all - there were stains on the bed sheets - the light fixtures were all missing one light bulb - there was an outlet that didn’t work at all and not enough outlets for charging devices, and the pet fee of $25 per pet per night was the most expensive of any hotel we stayed during our trip especially for a hotel that was so dirty and in such disrepair. But the A/C did work and the shower was nice.

There was mold above the shower in room 207 was moved to room 217 and was able to detect mold above that shower as well. Just not as much. There is a moldy smell in these rooms. And the first room had a shower pole that was leaning down, and the curtain would not stay closed. This hotel is definitely in need of some serious upgrading not only for aesthetic but for health reasons.The staff was professional and friendly but for the price they are charging, it definitely needs desperate repair! There are much nicer hotels, right next-door!

I do not think we should have to pay full price for a room that was not able to be used morning, because of the noise, or afternoons, because there was no water. Housekeeping did not ever come in the room during out 11 day stay. Sharing space with the homeless population is interesting. Breakfast served in a brown paper bag was.... interesting. Pillows were just awful! Not enough covering for the bed provided. Lights that did not work. Microwave was a struggle.

Great front desk service. Maria is awesome! The rooms are clean. Couch had mus match colored cushions and rooms are outdated. The rooms are priced right and because the service we got and it was clean, I'd stay again.
