Amazing view and very nice hotel! Excellent service and very friendly! Exceptional cocktail margaritas!!! The only downside which I gave 4 stars is the coffee! The coffee is terrible!

One of the reception staff was rude when requesting child milk. When ask for complimentary water bottles in the room they didn’t deliver. Charged for baby milk which in the past hotels I have stayed they didn’t. Staff not helpful. Called up room service with no answer. When asking for additional water bill one of the staff said we had to call room service who don’t even pick up. I would not recommend this hotel and this is def not a 5 start hotel to me. No clear guides on reserving chairs near the pool. Really disappointed and would not stay in this franchise of hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grecian Bay. We had a problem with our room safe, and it was corrected quickly by the staff. The beach area is divine! Good karma all around for this hotel. And the view from our room was spectacular!

Beautiful beach hotel. Next to a sandy beach, a beautiful, comfortable hotel with all the amenities. The room was large and very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. 😀

Loved our stay at Grecian Bay Hotel. Helpful staff, amazing and delicious breakfast, outstanding beach well-located. Would love to return someday.
Only complaint is one that applies widely to Cyprus-- smoking. It's hard to get away from the smokers.

Lovely hotel. Good sized comfortable room. On a wonderful bay with easy walk into Aiya Napa. Private beach area a bonus.
Out of season so only the evening buffet restaurant open which was only passable.
Breakfast plentiful but a bit bland.
Nice bar.

Average by all means.several instances that they fell short. Reception desk employee dismissive attitude giving a smirk, waiters not willing to answer to typical questions eg at what time is the buffet tomorrow. Lack of management supervision in most , not all , areas. Worn out and uncomfortable sofa beds , not thoroughly cleaned bed sheets.

The hotel is amazing, staff attentive and helpful, we did come out of season so there wasn’t many guests. Breakfast is good, the dinners are huge off the menu. We didn’t have the set menu.

We enjoyed our time in the Grecian bay Hotel. The hotel is child friendly and very close to the beach. Many restaurants are located close by within a 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
Staff of the Aurora restaurant were very helpful and friendly, specially with our 2 years old son.

We liked everything about the property. We went for a rest. As it was off peak season, (December) it was quiet but festive. The weather was beautiful. We had a free upgrade to a side-sea view. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. We had a great view. The hotel restaurants were of excellent quality. We ventured out to eat on a couple of evenings to the nearby harbour area where there were several restaurants to choose from. The staff were all helpful and polite. We had hired a car so didn't use any local transport. We used the Spa, Beauty and gym facilities. A fabulous holiday!
