Excellent value and very clean, friendly service, quiet area. Neighbors above us slammed the door and stomped around all night, not sure if they were extra loud or if walls are thin so that might be something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. I would definitely stay again. Totally recommend.

Horrible nasty place checked in and right back out with in 10 minutes. Opened the kitchen cabinet and had roaches in it. Bed sheets were yellow, fine recommend this place at all

Staff was excellent. Tiera was very welcoming. Stayed for 3 weeks. Only ONE washer out of FOUR working. Only TWO dryers out of SIX working almost the entire time I was there. No other laundromats nearby! Quite a few long time residents who are not travelers. Most were very nice. I chose this hotel for location and because it had a kitchen. Room, bath and kitchen were very clean. Dishes and pans decent. Bedding and towels brand new. Table chairs were grimy looking. I was disappointed to encounter ROACHES. I went out and bought roach killer and disinfectant. I sprayed the entire unit including cabinets and drawers. I did not want to bring any back home! It also put me off cooking. Kept all food in frig or freezer, except canned. Very careful to never leave food out or any crumbs on counter or floor. All garbage well contained. Lots of eateries nearby. Good Dennys right there but the point was not have to eat out all the time. They did spray my unit too but didn't alleviate my hesitation. I paid in full upfront so I wasn't able to move to another hotel. There also is NO bus service in that area! You need a car as it is too hot to walk. It was 98 most of the time and no pool. In future that's a requirement. You really need one in that heat. Safe area. No riff raff or homeless, no graffiti or squealing tires, very elegant neighborhood homes in the area.

Nothing worked overall unsafe filling. Staff especially the manager was disagreeable and course with everybody they come in touch with. Go somewhere else it’s not worth the 10 bucks you’ll save.

The property was unclean. The towels looked used. The bed was not made well and clean well. Worst of it all was there were so many cockroach. I saw the biggest roach in my life there. It was the size of a walnut, scared the hell out of my wife when it jump out running around the bathroom. There were little ones as well, everytime the lights goes off and turned back on, you will see many little roach running around the kitchen. If you stay here make sure all your bags are closed so you don’t accidentally bring any of these roach back home. Worst place I have ever stayed. The service was not nice either. Everytime you ask for something, they respond with an attitude like you are bothering them. This is really bad place to stay. Avoid if you can.

This was my first time visiting this facility. The staff was super friendly and the young receptionist from South Carolina was awesome. She was very accommodating to my family and I as we had multiple rooms with different dates and needs. She understood what needed and was ultra patient. Team & staff members like this provide you with a memorable stay!

The room was nice, and had good amenities; but there was water dripping from the ceiling, I called and complained a few times, they said they'll send someone to check it, but no one came.

The hotel seemed to be an older model. It looks like a place business men would use while in town but not families or couples.

The property smells very moldy and my room had a bug infestation. There was nothing they could do during the first night because they were sold out. I changed rooms and that room had a very moldy smell as well. Further, the invoice shows parking charges although I didn't use their parking! Terrible service, unsanitary and overcharging.
