Very nice staff. But the pool was freezing because they left the outdoor door open and the sauna wasn't working (with no answer for when it would be fixed) and the hot tub was nonexistant. The rooms were OK. The strong smell of cleaning solutions was evident and this was not great but at least I appreciated that the rooms were cleaned. The TV was set up to have Netflix and other internet connecting capabilities but none of them worked. And the breakfast was subpar.

We arrived early, property looked abandon, no signs etc. Looks like it has just been taken over by new management, don't know? Hallways and stairs dingy and needs new paint and carpet, the rooms were great though nice and clean and comfortable. We were in town for family event so our main concern was the comfort of the rooms which they didn't disappoint.

The staff was amazing but the hotel room 106 smelled so bad like mildew. It was awful I could t sleep and my kids kept coughing.

The room was newly remodeled, and the bed was super comfortable. The only reason i didnt give a 5 star review is because the Hotel doesnt have an elevator. That is important info for someone who may have issues climbing stairs.
Otherwise, everything was supurb!

Easy question I loved it all at first the outside is a but ugly but the rooms were a whole other thing very new and clean staff were very professional I rate this place 10 on 08/17/2024 traveling from Houston way better than those other expensive places

We have been staying here for yrs when we go shopping at the outlets. We were surprised it was remodeled, it’s even better now.

Arrived to check in. It was a quick process. No issues. Parking lot was a little sketchy since some areas were dark. Not all outdoor lights working. Carpet and ceiling were a total mess. As soon as I stepped in, noticed a roach come into the room. Hallway has carpet, room has regular floor. Bottom of door has too much space that bugs can come in. Bed lining looked as it had not been changed as it was all wrinkled. I used my own lining since that was kind of gross. Bed was really comfortable. The door lock was very unsecure as you can see a huge gap on the door and lock. I used my own lock as a second protection.

The outside of the property is run down but the rooms are very well kept and clean. It appears they are remodeling. Will definitely stay again.

The grounds need some TLC, especially the garbage receptacle by the middle door into the building. Don’t let people smoke there either. Area rugs in the rooms would help deaden noise. The people outside the room were loud and doors from other rooms were loud. Room and bathroom neat and clean.

Rooms were pleasantly nice. Some of the hotel needs to be upgraded to match interior of rooms. But rooms are really updated and nice.

The stay was decent. We did have a problem with the tub. As we showered the water was not going down the drain.
The hotel has an inside pool. The closed in pool area was so hot, muggy and the chlorine smell was strong it was stinging my nose. We did not get in the water as it was dirty and cloudy. It was such an uncomfortable area we had to step outside and get some fresh air.
