Wow. There's a lot to say but here are the broad strokes. Spent $150 for the night in a "suite" which was smaller than a standard sized hotel room with temporary walls erected to divide a kitchen type area. The stove top was burned and rusted, there was filth and stains all over all the furniture and broken outlets and lamp. Fire hazard- with both beds in use, there was only a 3" clearing to pass to the exit. Upon check-in, the desk clerk was on a personal call, miskeyed the card, and handed me a rumpled pile of unfolded linens for the pullout. At 830 am, with"breakfast" still on for another hour, there was one granola bar and the desk clerk said nothing would be replenished. The vibe overall is shady and derelict - families should avoid unless they're in a serious state- there seemed to be a lot of people living here full time. Just, yuck. Thankful our stay was only one night.

Room acces was restricted due to their key card machine being out of service, major pain. Hallways and elevator smelled like diesel fuel, seriously. Bedside alarm clock went off at 1am and I was unable to make it stop until I figured out how to unplug it…

This place was awful. The girl at the front desk was not interested in working. She didn’t greet anyone and was rude when she actually had to do her job. Our room was supposed to be ready at 3. We were a family that had to mandatory evacuate due to Hurricane Milton and it was my family including three kids. When asked to check in early they said it wasn’t ready which is fine, but when asked if she could call me when it is, she rolled her eyes. We sat in the parking lot for 2 hours waiting and tried to check in at 3 only to be told our room isn’t ready and they were trying to switch our room. But the room they wanted to give us wasn’t ready. So we waited another hour and a half. They got confused multiple times. The room was dirty and stunk, and had someone’s clothes in the bathroom still. Our key card lock on our door stopped working and they never sent maintenance like they were supposed to. There are zero amenities. People hanging around outside looked sketchy. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and we will never come back.

A lot of ppl looks like they live in there, so they do whatever they want. A LOT OF PPL smoking weed, so I went there with my family, I have two kids, imagine how we felt this weekend!

I was assigned to a first floor room, across from a janitorial room. It was difficult to rest due to the constant noises, either from the slamming doors or patrons talking at all times of day or night. Felt very unsafe. Shower never had hot water, pressure very low too. Picked this hotel due to the proximity to my workplace, but left very disappointed.

swimming pool which had debris in it so guest could not use it. our shower area had build up of dirt and limescale on the floor so I didnt feel safe stepping in it barefoot

They checked me in late, keep telling me that room is being cleaned and turning me around every 20 to 30 minutes, they had NO complementary BREAKFAST AS STATED, the pool area was vary vary vary unkept, my room 262 on the 2nd floor had roaches crawling all over the place, the bathroom tub was rusted and run down, the toilet was clogged the entire stay final had maintenance came to fix it a day before i checked out. The manager said that they would’ve given me a discount but i never received it!!!

Had to change twice. First was heavy smoking smell, 2nd was a draw with open medicines.
The replacement room we got 3rd time was too basic for anyone to just sleep and leave. Only muffins and coffee i could eat for breakfast.

Went down for breakfast before departure only thing that was available was nutrigrain bars and muffins with coffee. Elevator was surprisingly out of order by the time I went back to the room which was only 5 mins difference. The air condition was very cold which is excellent. Shower head had mold and mildew starting to build up, soap dish was peeling. Stove top was very rusted. My major problem I had with the hotel was, everytime I would use he elevator it smelled as if someone had a cigarette party in it. Alot of people was hanging out in front on the daily. The hallway carpets needs to be shampooed.

Airconditioning in room wasn’t working. maintenance guy came in and said that they needed to change the air conditioning. No one ever came no one ever called two days I was with no air. The room was hot I was very uncomfortable
