One night stay on way to Key West. Great for families with safe pool, beach, enclosed spaces to play and shops/restaurants close by. Onsite restaurants and bar and parking. Would have liked to have stayed more then one night.

We had an amazing stay at Tranquility Resort and Spa! The ambiance and amenities are truly top-notch. The spacious accommodations, complete with two back decks and an in-room washer and dryer, made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.
The resort has a great mix of features, including a lovely "private" beach and a tiki bar that were perfect for relaxation. Unfortunately, the Lagoon Pool was unexpectedly closed during our visit, which was disappointing since we had an 8-year-old with us. The other pool was adults-only, so we missed out on some pool time. However, the staff were understanding, and when we requested a refund of our daily resort fee at check-out, they promptly refunded it without any hassle.
Despite the pool issue, we thoroughly enjoyed the serene atmosphere and fantastic amenities. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for both families and adults looking for a peaceful getaway!

We go once a year with the family and we always have a great time! They have two pools, one restaurant, a private little beach and a tiki bar. It is always clean. They will give you a parking pass per car, up to 3 cars per house.

I will only take 1 start out due to Saddly I can not say the property was Quiet! It was actually very noisy and loud music playing.

The villa was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The beach and swimming area were amazing. We were able to snorkel and see tropical fish! Can’t wait to come back for another stay!

The property is very well kept. It's extremely clean and beautiful. I think they are understaffed and therefore felt the services were not excellent. We were treated well, but not 5 stars. The room is big and nice, but had no closet. Which is really strange. Overall, do recommend the property.

The property was nice; however, the staff was limited and wasn’t accommodating. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t revisit this resort in the future.

Without a doubt a BEAUTIFUL and very TRANQUIL facility.
The staff was helpful and friendly (specially Ana at the Tiki Bar) The room was spacious, comfortable and beautiful.
Having said that, I think the nightly rate is too high but nothing compared to the price of the food/drinks at the bar! To be fair, the drinks are a little above average with the rest of the area, which still doesn't make it right but it is the keys... however paying $42 dollars for a "seafood basket" that was mostly fries with three pieces of shrimp with two tiny pieces of some awful fish is ROBBERY!!
I think that the powers in charge need to have a little more respect for their customers and their hard-earned money! Just because you are a tourist (or as in my case, not a tourist but an almost local) it doesn't mean that your money doesn't have value or that you have enough to make them an unfair amount of profit.
One big negative of the property is that there is no breakfast available so you have to drive somewhere as there is only a Cuban cafe within walking distance.
