Clean hotel with some cosmetic upgrades. Shower is old, bed ok but worn. Pillows were bad.

Hotel was clean, service was good. Located away from the hustle, bustle, and noise of the strip but still convenient. Only complaint is if yoyr traveling with a baby or toddler the standard king rooms are WAY to small. Theres hardly any room to set up a pac-n-play or move around.

Absolutely awful, nothing like the photos. You can hear every room. HVAC was extremely loud and when the other rooms showered it was like a screaming noise. We could not sleep. The bed was hard, pillows were tiny and we had to request a blanket which was about 50 years old and like sandpaper. They did refund us for leaving early and said building 3 was closing for Reno soon. They should not book these rooms in the meantime.

Breakfast here is great!!!! Rooms are very clean. All staff is very friendly and courteous. Only thing wrong is they need to fix the tile in the bathroom in the room we were in. This is a great place to stay. Have stayed here many many times through the years.

Breakfast here is great!!!! Rooms are very clean. All staff is very friendly and courteous. Only thing wrong is they need to fix the tile in the bathroom in the room we were in. This is a great place to stay. Have stayed here many many times through the years.

Very dated rooms. Bathroom extremely small. My mattress sagged in the middle. Check in location was confusing. Need to state on confirmation that check in is in building one. Lots of back n forth. Breakfast only served in one building… not all three

The room and beds are comfortable enough. The building interior and exterior are in desperate need of renovation. It is a smoke, vape, and marijuana free property, but the halls smell of cigarette smoke and people still stand outside to smoke marijuana so they don’t enforce the policy. The breakfast buffet was nice with all of the standard breakfast offerings.

It was a good place to stay. Was clean but the beds were hard and there was a tile in the bathroom that was loose. When you would walk in the bathroom it would rock back and forth. This was something that bothered my Mother because she has a history of falling.

It was a spur of the moment trip and we have stayed there before. Had a room with jet tub in it. The stay was good as always. Breakfast was good. Quite night

This hotel is in a great spot in Branson and near all the major attractions. It was also super quiet. The hotel is a little dated with a creaky bathtub and the bed was a little wobbly but we really enjoyed our night here. The free breakfast was great and all of the staff were fantastic! We would stay again!

Not a bad stay stayed here several times pretty clean for most part breakfast is fine pillows are terrible had a hard time sleeping also seen two bugs in our room. Overall pretty nice place but could be better

It was okay. Wouldn’t stay there again. The tv sound was very low and couldn’t turn it higher so hard to hear when ac is going. Also just out of date. Needs to be updated.

We have stayed here numerous times. It’s clean and has 2 indoor pools and hot tubs. The pillows are hard is the only draw back. Breakfast is great!
