Fortunately, we had been to this property last year and knew the routine so when we did not receive the access code 90 minutes after it was due, I called their number a couple of times before someone spoke to me. Her English was not great but we muddled through it. Plus no details in the room on internet etc. Again, we muddled through it but both issues had simple solutions if they were on the ball.

Great place to stay in Quebec. The old town is within walking distance with all the restaurants etc that follow. I walked from the train station which is an easy 15 min. Highly recommended place to stay

We had a guest in a wheelchair and had to lift it up and down stairs to lobby, not ADA compliant. Great location to the cruise terminal and to see the area on foot

This was a very very lovely loft in a perfect location!! The unit was very well equipped with all kitchen and bathroom needs. However it lacked sufficient hangers and with no dressers we had to put everything on the floor 😑 Beds only have duvets with no option of a lighter blanket. We called three times to very nice personnel with promises of hangers, blanket, and broom . . . miss communication with staff as nothing was ever provided. . . we gave up calling! An information booklet would have been greatly appreciated with instructions on: 1) how to access TV viewing in unit 2) map of city 3) nearest grocery/conscience store 4) near by places to eat 5) TAXI phone number!! We enjoyed Old Quebec very much!

Good location, clean and well maintained property, nicely equipped kitchen. BUT there is no closet, no drawers or shelves to put your clothes. We had to put open suitcases and piled clothes on dining room table. Not at all practical!!

Amazing property in a great location. It was nice to have a 2 bedroom 2 bath with more space than a hotel room.

We stayed at the de la Barricade location for 4 days and loved it. The apartment was clean, bright, perfect for four people. Bathroom was nice and big, plenty of towels to use (which was nice because the kitchen didn’t have towels or paper towels), Kitchen was stocked so it was great for late-night pizza. Bedrooms were a good size with blackout curtains. Overall furniture pieces were great - functional and not too fussy, didn’t feel sparse. Location was awesome! A little outside of the really touristy areas (which we preferred) but still access to great restaurants and shopping. We parked in a SPAQ garage a block away so that was very convenient, never had issues finding a spot. Other reviewers were right, no real grocery store nearby but we found a little convenience store not too far away that had everything we needed. The only negative thing might’ve been the air conditioning. There’s only one overhead unit for the entire apartment. We had some hot days, and while the apartment was cool, we needed it just a tad cooler. We also had to sleep with the bedroom doors open so we could have cool air circulating. Probably a perfect spot for every season except summer. Oh, construction was happening too (ah, summer), noisy in the AM. checkin was easy too! They contacted me after i made the reservation and gave me a phone number so I could give them my credit card number for incidentals. They were super responsive and we had no issues when we got there. We would stay here again!

don't stay here. they don't speak english and there are only 2 people managing 24 properties. they send you wrong code and even the right code doesn't work sometimes. don't stay at any of the properties from this company ' les lofts'

Everything great Close to restaurants & shops - all walking distance. Great communication upon arrival. We could have used more hangers for our clothes. And a kitchen towel would be beneficial.

Excellent location with several restaurants nearby. Near to Place Royal, walkable to Ciditel and all areas of interest. Only issue was parking. Arrived in pouring rain and ended up in the wrong lot close by on the same street. Later after a trip out, returned to find the prepaid, correct, parking lot was completely full. So ended up paying twice for parking for the weekend.
