The place is a bit tired . The service was good, breakfast good.

My daughter and I spent three nights at the hotel. Our twin room was large and on ground floor, it had a kettle and coffee machine which made lovely coffee. It looked out onto inner cout yard, which we could access via a bedroom door. But door looked onto aluminium stair case for upper floors to access court yard, we kept the curtains closed, but know one used the stairs or courtyard. Breakfast food quality was excellent, full range of food. The spa is smallish, but the sauna and steam room were excellent and we used every evening after a day sightseeing. There is a nice lounge area with bar off the lobby and a terrace on the roof with cocktail bar, which was nice to have a drink. Hotel is 10min walk to train station, we went up to lake Como for a full day Italian trains are cheap and frequent, and a 25 mins walk to Duomo. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Good location. Staff never smile and appear unhappy, hotel still feels old and tired despite obvious attempts to modernise. Breakfast is limited and staff slow at restocking buffet leaving many food types unavailable. Overpriced and far better options available in Milan.

Easy walk from Milano Centrale and located at Lima M1 (red) line. Hotel very clean, safe and staff very competent. Only down sides are room safe doesn’t take a tablet/laptop and M1 runs under front of hotel until late and then early. Breakfast is very good and worth doing for it’s small add on cost.

Very good. Staff- very helpful. Originally they gave us a room on the 5th floor very far from the elevator, at the end of a dark corridor. But after asking, they changed it to a 1st floor room and upgraded it. My husband forgot his jacket in the room. but they kept it and returned to us in a few days after we contacted them. Very good breakfast. Beds are good.

This is an older property that can use some TLC. the hallways are very narrow and the rooms are small but it is conveniently located in a great shopping area. the staff is very nice and helpful. the spa and pool doesn't have an attendant and there is no robes in the rooms so you have to go to the front desk to ask for robes or towels which is awkward in swim suites!!! the pool water fall doesn't work and there are no private showers or dressing area. all is co-ed. The safe in the room was also broken. There are no coffee makers, slippers, or any extra amenities in the rooms.

The hotel allowed me to check in at an earlier time and the staff was very attentive. Breakfast was a plus.

The hotel was in a great location. Breakfast choices were great. Room was comfortable and clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Spa good but pool small. Breakfast experience not good as just hectic and small space with rude and grumpy staff (they even advertise times to avoid and they weren’t accurate as still hectic) The staff need to be motivated to at least be pleasant and cheerful. The room is not sound proofed and was unfortunately noisy. Also even on 4th floor the room and possible a large part of hotel shakes with every metro train that passes underneath which really is unacceptable for a decent amount of sleep. The experience was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again

Travelling as a family of 4, basically 4 adults. Our family suite was beyond words. The La Scala suite was a pleasant surprise and gave us space to relax and was a nice change to smaller European rooms. Directly on Corso Venezia was perfect to get to the hot spots quickly. Parking car was a breeze underground.

Great location, very nice accommodations, staff were excellent!!

I enjoyed using the spa area and found the staff very helpful. I did find service in rooftop bar very slow and have waiting and popped to the little craft beer pub opposite which was lovely and cheaper. Breakfast was good and room fine for what we needed.
