The hotel was organised and efficient. Breakfast variety was not exceptional and did not cater for vegans. Ant infestation in the bathroom of my 3rd floor room was a disappointment.

Great location for visiting Setubal, and the surrounding areas. George was excellent in Food & beverage. Cleaners worked hard and the pool was very good

Friendly staff. Room condition was well used and in need of repair. Credit card fraudulently used whilst staying at hotel...it was the only place I used it on my trip

Restaurant experience poor through, waited more than 2 hours with 3 kids under 10, and when reminded several times they didn’t managed to serve, all the things we have ordered and a lot were left behind.
10 pct. discount and free drinks was the result of our compliants, which to my opinion isn’t enough, but didn’t wanted to discuss it more with the staff.
Breakfast served at the same place was great, dispite our worries.

The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The location was perfect, within walking distance of a great mall. The breakfast was nice; however the room was small and the bed very uncomfortable.
