The location was very good for where we needed to be.
The property is very tired looking. The rug in the lounge room was very grubby looking with large stains.
The kitchen sink was extremely slow draining. Microwave was missing a leg so very wobbly.
Toaster was broken and tripped the electrics.

The staff were so kind and courteous. The location and the view of the apartment were EXCELLENT AND OUT OF THIS WORLD. The APPLIANCES and furniture were complete. Internet service is just okay. The building security is good and it made us feel safe. Overall experience was great
Internet is sometimes gone. The things that were so off were the poor drainage system and ceilings. There was a clogged drain from time to time in 2 of the toilets. There was water dripping in my toilet. These were reported to Ms. JENNY, but the maintenance didn't respond. I think they were busy.

Literie confortable, l'emplacement super, nous avons même pu aller au dubai mall à pied et les fontaines ne sont qu'à quelques minutes de marche.
Le personnel de l'immeuble était sympathique.
L'appartement aurait besoin d'une petite rénovation mais rien de bien méchant.

It was a wonderful experience. The partial view of the burj khalifa was awesome but I suggest who want to stay there must choose the front view of burj khalifa that was ‘Oh My God’. I didn’t forget the person who assist me Mr. Jawad. This guy was so nice and humble who guided me about every thing and make quicker Check In and Check out process.
I think all is good there is nothing to dislike.

The apartment needs serious renovation. Especially, mattress is badly damaged. I had back pain after sleep.

I had a very cool rest in the dream in apartments, very cool location and friendly staff. Kalma met us and explained everything clearly and was always in touch with us, thank you very much)))

On our booked date we arrived at 01:00. could not get hold of host, even though we arranged check in time because of our flight. Had to find another hotel at 02:00 in the morning, much more expensive. On the next day we finally got hold of the host, went together to the property only to find the place a complete mess, seems like someone else was sleeping there the previous night. The host offered us another property, we had to walk there with all our luggage, this one was clean and good though. I requested a refund from them. will not recommend at all!
