The hotel was clean and very nice but having to pay almost $50 to valet park, which was required is a rip off. Because it was so much, the guys that did the parking didn't get a tip. I hope they got some of the $50 dollars I had to pay.

It was a One night only for my GF birthday, and we enjoyed the luxury. Pleasant stay. The aroma of the Hotel smells so nice. I had to Google your Body Wash for purchase because the scent is Oh my God!!!!

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk service is excellent. The valet parking attendants are respectful, kind and are timely in their service. The cost of parking is OUTRAGEOUS! As there is no parking around the hotel, and there is no self-parking on site: it is as if the hotel takes advantage of its guest. They hold their guest as captives, when it comes to parking.

I love the Blossom Hotel!!

Hotel was full as Texans game in town. Bar & restaurant closed at 10 p.m. Hotel missed a golden opportunity with so many hungry guests after a game. Shower water was luke warm at best. The best staff was the valet. Do not recommend.

Beautiful hotel with well-appointed rooms. Courtesy car very convenient. Food options are expensive, but high quality. I strongly recommend this hotel for MD Anderson patients.

Pros: Property was nice i give it that and Staff was even friendly. Cons: To the hubby and I the crowd was for much younger ppl it seemed to us. It was a bunch of teenagers the entire weekend making a bunch of noise. The carpet had holes in it along the wall by the bed. There is NO self parking, you have to valet 47.00+ taxes a night. This was a relaxation trip for us so we never left the hotel but had to pay for valet for a weekend stay-cation. The restaurants inside or slow with mediocre food. The AC didn't work properly in the room and we were burning up at night sweating in our sleep & to top it off its right by the medical center. So much traffic, No stores or restaurants close by so we just ordered uber eats to deliver to us over the entire weekend. Its not a place we would be coming back to.

Nice hotel but forced Valet for $47 in the middle of a concrete jungle in Houston is crazy. Plenty of space for parking, this wasn’t Manhattan. Beware of that scam..

This was a local "date night" choice (we weren't traveling). Primarily chose because the rate was reasonable and the property got good reviews. This property is adjacent to the huge Texas Medical Center. Views are less than inspiring. If you are looking for a good location in Houston, with nearby bars & restaurants, parks, or other fun venues, this is not the place, unless you are attending an NFL game. In our case we were only going to be there from 6pm to the next morning so location didn't matter. The hotel is only 3 years old. It is very clean. Our hallway smelled like weed. The rooftop pool & bar is utilitarian but a nice feature. The large room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Linens and towels were nice. If you're traveling to Houston for medical care, visiting a relative in the Med Center, or any event at NRG Park, it's a good choice. Valet Service is required, they were not on their game.

I stay at hotels in this area frequently and this is not the norm. We ate in the restaurant for dinner. The food was good and the service was okay but they were blaring music into what sounded like busted speakers. We even moved tables, assuming it was just the one speaker but the other table had a rattling speaker above us as well. Considering the restaurant was mostly empty, the volume made no sense. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, which I was excited about, but no creamer pods or sugars. No mini bar, only a few snacks downstairs for purchase. Overall, the hotel did not feel like a 4-star hotel.

The Hotel was beautiful and prices reasonable. Front desk service poor. They do not answer their telephone from our room phone. Called from my iPhone took it downstairs from 11th floor stood in line at receptionist desk and when my turn held up the phone and asked why couldn’t they answer the phone. I got “ too busy to answer”. When checking out was told they emailed my invoice to me. I have not received it yet. Valet parking very slow always had to call twice. The guy at front desk tried to print out my receipt and the printer would not work. They gave no concept about people’s needs in a hotel. What if I needed help out of my room no one answering phones. Customer service is number one to me any where I go. I have never experienced such craziness.
