We stayed in room 164 and the beds were awful. Asked to change rooms moved to 162 where beds were fine. Just had drunk kids running above us for hours into the night tv does not allow you to do nextflix barly any channels. Pool was closed for the season but hot tub was available but the water was cold and the hot tub was half full badly above jets. Continental breakfast was decent besides the food being cold at 8:45 am

My only complaint was no regular cream for the coffee after hours.

Restaurants within walking distance. Easy access, plenty of parking, and hot breakfast in the morning. Overall worth the price, and we would stay here again.

I would give no stars if it were possible. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK Imagine my surprise when i got home and found a charge for $125. They charged me that amount for 2 stained towels. Yes i used them to clean up a spill, but figured they would appreciate the fact that i cleaned up the mess. I don't know where they're shopping if they are paying $60 per towel. Also, checking with other hotels they were surprised they would do that as it isn't normal practice. If i can't get a refund i have requested the towels to be sent to me, as i have already paid for them, so they are holding on to stolen goods. Not surprisingly i have yet to get a response from them. I will take them to small claims court if i don't receive the towels. We also had to wait to check in as the person behind the counter was on the phone dealing with a customer complaint. Maybe this is typical for them. I have been traveling to this area for the past 14 years for 3 days of shows at The Gorge Amphitheater. The other hotels I've stayed at are booked solid. I'd say they were only at half capacity. I know each hotel is independently owned, but I have also reached out to corporate so they know what's going on at this location. AGAIN STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

It was nice having the private patio.

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to listen to our concerns and make sure we got a room that suited our needs. However, the hotel room needed work. 4 lightbulbs were out, pillows were small and hard, the desk chair was threadbare and the room had an odor to it. Worst of all were the two dirty homeless men who came in high on drugs to the breakfast room, dug through much of the food items and plastic utensils, touched everything in sight and loaded 3 plates each with food, filled their pockets with all the biscuits, and took 3 coffees each. We felt unsafe and did not want to eat there. Although we would like to support the new owners and stay there again, our stay was quite unpleasant overall.

When there was an electrical problem in our room, the staff tried their best to help but the property manager was rude and unresponsive.

Rooms were clean but stains on carpet were unpleasant . Was okay for a one night stay.

The rooms are very outdated doors need to be replaced the paint ir stain on the doors in the bathroom are dull faded/ carpet is coming up and severely stained/Walls are thin you can hear everything from the next room. Got no sleep due to man in the room next us cursing out someone on the phone on and off from midnight to 430 in the morning and it was such foul language, and racist probably some of the worst cursing I have heard there was no sound proof. The man was so awful I didn’t want to call the desk because I thought he might get Violent with them so I minded my own business. This of course was not the Hotels fault but the doors are heavy and very loud when they open and Closed as this man kept going in and out all night long as he was on his phone. I visited this hotel about 5 years ago and nothing had changed as far as it being outdated.

The bed and hard surfaces were well kept but the carpet and chair are in need of a good steam clean. Wouldn’t take my shoes off because it was gross. Staff are great, and overall property is good though.

The room has everything as described and is closed to the highway. The breakfast has different varieties but only open from 6-9 am.

Treadmill didn't work, the side door opens without a Key which was unsettling. Staff was nice but I didn't feel safe here.

The bathrooms are smallest I have seen, you can barely stand in the area, keys dont work have to go down constantly to get a new key, Breakfast area was very unsanitary smells like dog poop. We had beef mixed into our eggs, dining space for breakfast for the entire hotel is smaller than your room. Save your money, go to another hotel.

Basically all was well, the only inconvenience was there was No coffee at the breakfast. The coffee maker was not working.

Although the property is a bit older, but the room was very nice. Overall big, clean enough and AC worked fine. Will definitely stay again.
