The hotel is nice and everything but at the restaurant they have here the service is absolutely terrible. We were there for ever waiting to get out drink order taken and food order. The waiters aren’t nice. My family and I had to stand up and walk up to pay for our dinner because they wouldn’t come and give us the bill. It was awful

Had to call reception because of loud pounding or like large tool working noice directly coming from the upper level around 11-12 at night.

The sheets were stained. Almost dirty maybe. Cleanliness in the room was okay but the hallway outside the rooms was really dirty. I was surprised at this.
