I was visiting family in Canton. Hyatt Place Canton is close to the Football Hall of Fame, vibrant shopping centers and a vast array of great restaurants. Excellent Location!

Good stay at Hyatt Place in Canton OH which was very nice. Comfortable beds and clean rooms / bathrooms. The front desk person was also the bartender so it was hard to get anyone’s attention in the evening when I wanted to make a purchase.

Was very pricy - room was spacious. Was disappointed that they said I booked a handicap room. Was very uncomfortable being on the first floor. Would not have booked it if I knew.

The front desk staff were not very attentive. Also they charged me a $100 pet fee , I said the website said $75 and she said I was looking at a 3rd party site…I was not the Hyatt policy page said $75 !

I got in a pickle with my car which actually died but the hotel got me in earlier than the check- in and picked me up from the garage. Very pleasant and will book again

All went well for the purpose we went in the first place. The only set back was we didn't get a discounted rate when so many of our families stayed hete for the wedding

Great location off of the highway. we were there for the Pro Football hall of Fame, which is a short drive from the hotel. Plenty of dining options within walking distance, or a short drive. Property was clean, rooms were nicer than most places I have stayed that are similar.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and appreciated that my needs were met with my requests at reservation. The hotel was clean which was very impotant to me and the staff was great. Our room was a king room and was very spacious with a great design and floor plan.Breakfast could've been better but was okay. Thank you.

Positives: cleanliness and friendly staff. I was in for the half marathon so the breakfast until 10am and check out time of noon were very nice.
Negative: as someone who is shorter in stature the shower head was very high.

damp smell in hotel, room felt clean and was big but not fantastic, the comforters did not look clean, gym equipment was nice, mocrowave was near elevator and not in room, breakfast was ok but server was rude, i prob wouldnt stay there again
