Not much to like. Elevator sounded like it was going to fail at any moment. Sofa foldout bed worn out and broken. Cigarette burns on the carpet, first room smelled like smoke. Everything in rooms outdated and falling apart.

Convenient when flying out of Oakland airport. Very close to airport, but not in Oakland. Is in a business park area. Felt safe ans was quiet

The person checking me in was not friendly or helpful. The rooms smelled like smoke and/or food. I did not stay because the rooms and service was so bad. How can I get a refund?

We needed a place yo dleep before taking a flight at 5a. Leaving hotel 4a. The room was for 4 people. A double bed abd pull out couch. Linen for pull out was not available ubtil 4p. We had to keave fir donner back at 11p. When we pulled iut yhe bed there was a dirty sheet with food crumbs on the mattress. We pulled iff dirty sheet to find an even more disgusting mattress. We only had hours to dleep so my family tried to share tge obe bed and a chair. I eill never stay at this hotel again

The room was nice and big but did smell like someone cooked fish in the microwave, the front office staff provided air freshner.

We arrived at 1 am and were waiting in the lobby being ignored until I yelled for someone. The young kid that came out did not look anything like an employee that should be greeting at a hotel. He was very unprofessional and basically Just handed us keys and turned and walked away without even directing us where our room was. When we got to the room it reaked Of smoke so bad and there were blood stains on the carpets. This was the dirtiest most ghetto place I’ve ever been. I called down to ask about the smoke and he just said I’ll leave my manager a note and hung up. There were people up all night with kids and people knocking on the door all night long. I’m sure there were drugs going in and out of that room. We felt so unsafe that we grabbed our stuff and left at 6 am! Never have I ever been so disgusted in my life. There’s no way the manager or owners don’t know about this nasty room.

The continental breakfast was very limited to coffee, tea and hot chocolate, packaged oatmeal and prepackaged cupcakes that were several days old. While the unit had a stove, microwave and fridge, there were no flatware, dishes or glasses. You had to ask for everything from the front desk if you wanted anything, including shampoo, etc. Then at 2 minutes to checkout, they call to tell you to leave. We will not be staying there again.

Nice comfortable room and as a suite came with small kitchen with stove/oven and fridge (which worked well keeping drinks cold and ice), and small living room with couch, coffee table and lounge chair. The bed was comfortable but if I had an issue were the pillows being thin so I had to request for a couple more to be adequate for me. There was a minor area along a small portion of the wall by the floor where the base molding had come off, but otherwise the room was in great shape. The big disappointment is the free "breakfast" which was not much more than coffee and breakfast snack bars or small muffins. There were also individual packs of instant oatmeal. One morning I could smell breakfast food being cooked but I think it was coming from a room someone was using the stove to cook with.
