Convenient location but no in room fridge. The safe in the room is not working and the maintenance man is not available so we had to use the spare safe in their staff office.

This is a very nice centrally located property. The staff were very friendly, the 12:00 noon checkout time convenient and the front desk was able to arrange very affordable transportation to the EZE airport.

The staff is helpful and well-intended, however, the breakfast area is tiny, and since breakfast is served up to 10 am and lots of families go to this hotel, finding a table after 09.30 is impossible without queuing for 20 minutes.
Additionally, the self-service vending machines do not provide food options for vegetarians. The surroundings of the hotel are dark and bleak.

If the air conditioning system was functioning more effectively we would have been much happier. Was somewhat humid and not cool enough in the room as well as the breakfast area

I walked barefoot and had black specks on the white sheets from my feet .This happened two days in a row .Other than the carpet room was clean Staff at desk was extremely helpful .Morning and night staff .Palume very helpful .And the girl the night beforr we keft .
