Beautiful hotel with the best view. The check in was fast. The hotel has spa and dinning area. The breakfast is included and it’s amazing with many options. The hotel also has game room area with the billiard. The service can be hit or miss. Generally the staff is friendly but service can at times be slow because it gets busy during breakfast time. Overall we had a great stay and I would only recommend to stay at this hotel if you in the region.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. Completely overpaid for what you get. It is not modern, but a 60-70 year old building. The ceiling in the room is very low, the bed is made of metal and looks like a prison. We didn't need the air conditioning because the ventilation panel was very dusty and dirty. You get a 3-star service for a 5-star price. The only beer available cost an unbelievable USD 8.30 for 33cl. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am and you have to queue for a long time because all the guests want breakfast early. I strongly recommend the owner to go to a hotel management school!

Part of the VIP access is a BOTTLE of wine. In the past the give you a full bottle. Now they give you a tiny personal bottle not enough for the two people in the room. Consider this is the country of wine!!! Not good.

Pool is great. No hot tub, but they have 2 hot saunas and spa services.

Beautiful views overlooking mountains. There was just one restaurant. It was big, always busy yet the service was fantastic. Food was great too. Georgian. Staff was very good too. Cute puppy and cat on site too!

You have to stay here more than two night in mount Kazbek view room. cannot forget. Hotel arranged my group of six minivan for Juta trekking at reasonable price

AC did not work in the room (although there was a thermostat) however we opened the doors at night to allow cool air in (late May). This worked for us however during peak summer, not sure if that would have been sufficient. Also, room did not have a Tv which I found surprising for hotel of this caliber.

Beautiful hotel! The staff is friendly, and they had an amazing breakfast spread. The beds are comfortable, and the views are spectacular. Kazbegi in general is stunning, and this hotel compliments it well.

The most beautiful hotel setting which at the same time, attracts instagrammer types which IMHO ruin the entire concept of being with nature. Great breakfast and pool and staff. Unfortunately ruined by people taking Instagram pictures. THE MOUNTAIN and the holy church deserve more humility and less vanity. Still worth it though! Don’t understand why people go somewhere do beautiful and just glued to their cell phones.
