Checkout process,arranging Transportation to the airport at the end of our stay is commendable. We are extremely happy with convenience of the location, walk-ability, and close to the park makes this a convenient and economical location. Room is clean and comfortable. watch-out for the HIGH wall of the bathtub when getting out of the shower !

This is not a luxury hotel, but it is very clean, the service is excellent, and the location is very good. This was my second time staying at the Howard Johnson Florida Street, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is in prime location. Service is good. Bed was terrible- sinking at the middle, it was hard to sleep. All towels are so old and in bad condition from over use. Breakfast was great.

The staff were very helpful. My initial room was not what I expected - it was an internal room with a window into a dark lightwell. The hotel staff found me the sort of room I was expecting, and remembered I had the room upgrade as part of Expedia. Without complaining, they got me the room I expected with little fuss.

It said it has a pool and it did not. The rooms were HOT! AC didn’t work in the 4 different rooms they placed us in. The beds were extremely uncomfortable!

This hotel is in a superb location in Buenos Aires, quiet and right in a major pedestrian zone. There is also a favorable currency exchange rate in the hotel.

The gym was poorer than advertised; I was quite disappointed. And handles kept falling off things - my shower, the balcony door. Otherwise, a good experience overall.

I had 2 rooms for my family, one room didn’t have AC didn’t want to refund for the room, they don’t know how to talk to customers, very sad.

The location of the Howard Johnson's on Florida Street is fantastic. It was an easy walk to many bars, restaurants, and tourist sites like the Obelisk. The staff was very nice snd attentive. They were very happy to help with anything we needed, including money exchange. Their rate was almost as good as the dollar blue rate and we felt much safer than exchanging on Florida Street. The staff recommended Tango Portena as the best Tango show and we LOVED the show. The hotel got us a much better rate than we could get anywhere else, including hotel pick up. We had phenomenal seats and the food was great. Breakfast was included everyday and was fairly good. We ate one dinner at the hotel and we enjoyed it. The hotel is fairly small and a little dated, but the location, staff, and cleanliness more than make up for that. We enjoyed the smaller, more intimate feel. If we had one complaint, it would be that the bed was not very comfortable.
