Decent for the price we paid. Breakfast was great. Room on the small side and the aircon in the room needed a service as we all started coughing when it was on. The windows cannot be opened, so we ended up with stale air.

Room was fine, very spacious, my only issue was that I waited over an hour for my food in the restaurant and this was only because I mention it to the staff that I had been waiting that long, I was offered a free beverage due to the wait.

1st impressions on entering hotel were good. Staff seem friendly and reasonably attentive. Distinct smell of bleach in the room. Room and furnishings were clean but tired and in need of refurb. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced in any hotel, across the world! Food pretty good but way overpriced

We were checked in to a room that hadn't been cleaned , we were quickly given an upgraded room with a free drink and snack we didnt complain as rooms get missed im sure .. breakfast was lovely, a bit of a free-for-all at first ,no cutlery lack of cooked food dirty tables,but it soon calmed down and between 9.30 and 10 am there was plenty of everything, we would definitely return.

Really grwar after a show at the NEC, its a long walk or a £6 taxi to the actual NaeC but lovely hotel with 24 hiyr facikities and excellent staff. Super thank you.

I moved the tv as it was a better high for me to do my paperwork and there was some popadom kindly left under it. The cleaning staff seemed rushed off their feet so to be fair I’m not blaming them! The staff on arrival were really helpful. The one lift really sounded bad tho but the overall stay was fine

Expensive for a budget hotel. Parking £12 per night is expensive for guests.

A comfortable and convenient stop en route home. Very friendly and helpful staff, a spacious and comfortable room, and a good breakfast included. The parking meter was a bit difficult to manage and the room we were allocated had not been cleaned, but both problems quickly resolved by helpful staff.

Hotel was very clean. Reception helpful and ordered taxis etc for us. Only issue no fresh orange at breakfast this was little disappointing as its my breakfast drink.

The staff are friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the lift wasn't working, but the next day they solved the problem and we can use it again.

This was a last minute booking after a cancelled flight out of Birmingham airport. I paid £350 for one night, and the room was nowhere near the standard I’d expect at that price. The room had an awful smell, like mouldy rotten smell. Curtains were old and stained. TV looked like something from a university Dorm in 2004. In the bathroom, there was tiles hanging loose on the wall. On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfy with loads of pillows. Also, the lobby area is nice enough, and staff were pleasant. Pretty annoying to get there to find they stop serving food at 9:30, and they didn’t even have room service available. They suggested I could have chocolate / crisps from the vending machine. A little old rooms. And too hard unconfortable bed. Nice unformal area for dinner and work. Close to National Excibition Center.

The hotel is ideally located for the NEC but again whilst the room was good value for money the carport charge was £24 for overnight which was the sting in the tail.
