Very rude customer service. People made complaints about our room being noisy it was 8pm. But other people on our floor and above us were loud and nothing was said to them.

Great location, great service and priced right. Plenty of dining options nearby. Like the top floor being a "quiet" floor (wish they had soft-close doors though), and a decent breakfast

Check in was very good as the young man was truley an asset to the hotel. the entire staff we delt with was very good. Also has a GREAT little place to eat in parking lot

It was okay. We were on the second floor and the floor above, actually the room above us they must have been practicing clod hopping from bed to bed. It was about 4am before they settled down. We did not complain to the desk as it probably would have caused them to be even louder. The installation or whatever the hotel has for a sound barrier between floors is very poor and it must be very skimpy as the noise level was bad.

AC unit was a little loud, but overall, it was excellent! Bed was very comfortable!

The 1st day, the biscuits were so hard, they were uneatable. Gravy was cold but they heated it up. Other than that, breakfast was good, convenient and saves us so much money, not havin 2 go somewhere else 4 breakfast. Bed was good, room was good, air conditioner good, quiet, wonderful

I love the quiet floor. Room could have been a little cleaner.

Rooms are small. Breakfast was not so good. Beds are comfortable. Room views are awful. Price and location are good. Gym is small but served its purpose. The pool was very nice.

Went to Springfield for medical care. Property is easy to find, quiet and centrally located. Staff was great. Will be returning to Springfield for further medical care and will definitely return to LaQuinta.

Overall clean for older hotel. Staff friendly and breakfast good. Pool to cold for me to swim in but kids did some. They complained cold as well. Prefer Branson area over Springdale.
