This "4 star" "resort" was mediocre. The breakfast is good and the wait staff in the restaurant are nice. The WiFi works throughout the property. The desk and housekeeping staff are friendly. That's where the positives end. The photos are a little misleading, the larger rooms are actually a block away from the beach and to get to breakfast you must cross the street and go to the other side of the hotel. The rooms do not have phones, they require that you use WhatsApp to contact the front desk or room service. Room service doesn't respond to their WhatsApp. We messaged and called them to order lunch when they opened without a response from them, then 2.5 hours later they messaged us back seeing if we still wanted to place an order. Our first room was in bad shape with large water damage in the bedroom. Our replacement room had a little less water damage in the bedroom. The towel and toilet paper holders in the bathroom fall off easily. The fridge handle in our first room was falling off. I'm not sure what the requirements are to be "4 stars" but I assume that this hotel falls short. The hotel was ok for the price though, I guess you get what you pay for.

Everything was good and excellent. I was not able to use my US clippers at the electrical outlets because of the power difference. However, everything else was great

They need to improve on the Wi-Fi They also need a better bed asap Also about the air conditioner too many issues with that especially too many sensors that keeps turning off all the time

It’s a gem in Ponta Negra Beach. I just loved staying here. My ocean front room had a little balcony that every morning I could just sit and look out to the ocean. Watch the sunset was just amazing! You have a buffet breakfast every morning. The staff is friendly and amazing. The facility is super clean and COVID 19 safe as well with all the alcohol gel stations throughout the hotel, mask is required while in the property. They have a beautiful pool area on the property that is ocean front and a huge rooftop pool on the other property across the street. I recomend this property in Natal. Just beautiful!!!

Re emotion said hotel was busy when it was not and lied to me about giving an upgrade when was a basic room. First off he also lied about not speaking English when he could. The only good thing about this hotel is location and breakfast . Only book if rooms are cheap
