We had a wonderful stay at the Courtleigh Hotel in Kingston Jamaica. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere; making you feel right at home. The staff were friendly and professional and attended to any needs or requests promptly and efficiently. All areas of the hotel were clean and well kept. We experienced and appreciated daily housekeeping of our room which was always done well. We must give a shout out the chefs. The meals were delicious and well prepared. The morning breakfasts had a great variety which will satisfy every palate. Given the opportunity, we would defiantly return to the Courtleigh on our next visit to Kingston. We have no reservations in recommending this hotel.

I stayed at the Courtleigh Hotel and Suites for two nights. On entering the staff was very welcoming and pleasant, it was so hot on the outside, but on entering we were greeted with a clean, white cold towel to cool down our faces. Our room was ready for us, we were not disappointed, it was very clean and comfortable. The lobby was very clean. The dinning area ambiance was very enjoyable so was the food. We would surely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a home away from home to stay.

The housekeeping was not great. They give insufficient towels and items you need for the next day after cleaning. No replenishing of supplies after cleaning the room.

There is a pool but closed due to the rainy stormy weather.
Stall is there, not smily nut they don't use to do it there.

The pleasant staff especially the Juta driver who was patiently enough to take us anywhere who wanted to go. A lot of respect to kenrick the Juta driver. He was very kind with lots of patience. Thank you 🙏

Has been a business home away from home for over 40 years .. 2 (locations) .
Friendly service and much more of a personal level of service than the big brands . The food is very good too . The staff “make the place” guided by clearly good management .

The staff were excellent, the food was good, didn’t care much for the house keeper she was not pleasant.
Also, there was a leak in the bathroom faucet didn’t get fixed until after several complaints

The hotel is situated in a perfect location and overlook the lovely emancipation park, great Interior design both in room and reception area ,the staff was very professional. Excellent stay!

I like that the hotel was environmentally conscious. The decor gives a boutique feel, but some things could use an upgrade. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. It was quiet, quaint, convenient and staff was very friendly.
