Our day was great. The personnel were super nice. The only bad thing was when we were getting ready to check out. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs three flights and then go back up to get more. That kind of put a damper on our stay, that everything was good.

The stay was excellent my only downside was the late introduction of a deposit amount since i had used a 3rd party to secure the accommodation. It would have been a big disappointment if I failed to raise the deposit which however was refunded promptly on checking out.

Had a weekend stay at the Hampton Inn Prescott. This was a solo trip to get some relaxation and visit some family. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was great. My hotel room was very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and professional.

Room was clean. Staff was great. EV charging was handy. Good overnight stay. We were at a concert and therefore missed the evening cookies.

Only stayed one night, the room was clean and comfortable. The woman that checked us in was so warm and caring, I wish we would’ve brought our bathing suits because the indoor pool looked really cool

Great family hotel, they had a great outdoor area and pool, perfect with the gym next to that area for good visibility. Loved it!

Too expensive $439 night. Did not mention $75 pet fee on website. Saw 10 unsupervised children in pool at night!

We loved staying here! We wanted to get away from Phx for a few days and this was the perfect place for it. It was noticeably clean, the pool was perfect to take my toddler and swim, the food was good and the staff was helpful and friendly. Overall great experience and would stay there again!
