The biggest piece of crap I have ever seen on my many trips. A reservation is made that has already been paid for and confirmed and these irresponsible people close the office at 10 pm leaving me without a room. It's incredible. There was no way, no call, and no one to attend to our complaints. We drove for 8 hours escaping Hurricane Milton and these irresponsible people didn't care at all. A thousand thanks to Hotels.com who were the only ones who attended to me and resolved this problem for me and my family. 10 stars to HOTELES.COM AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Firstly, when I was in my room someone opened the door but thankfully couldn’t get in because I had all the locks on. When I went to see who it was, the worker just came into my room to install the smoke detector, I was in such shock that I just stood there in my pijamas. The man then informed me that the person staying next to me was very abusive and to be careful. Immediately I felt unsafe and wanted to leave, however, the staff informed me I would not receive a refund if I left and that they could switch me rooms. I ended up switching rooms because I did not want to lose the money but felt very unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my entire stay. The room smells horrible, as cigarettes and roaches are living in there.

The building caught on fire and we were without power the entire night I had to beg to be let in my room after the incident to retrieve my belongings. They attempting to move me to a room right beside the burnt building I couldn’t breathe in the room so I left a day early from my check out

I made a reservation about 2 weeks prior for 3 nights at this motel. I arrived after driving for 7 hours that day. It was 10:22 p.m. when I pulled into the office. All of the office lights were off and the door was locked. I called the number listed on the door, and a woman informed me that my reservation had been cancelled because I "didnt answer the phone." She said the office closed at 10:00p.m. They refused to let me book a room. They told me to call Expedia. It was a terrible experience. Ive traveled through 27 countries. Very few motels in any of those countries were unavailable at even odd hours, and this was the very first motel in 30 years I have encountered that closed the lobby at such a ridiculously early hour....especially when I had a reservation. Absolute laziness. There is no other excuse for such egregiously awful customer service. They were inconsiderate, rude, disorganized, and inflexible. They even had the audacity to insinuate it was my fault. I've had some bad experiences, including staying in an $8 motel in Southern Mexico that was converted from the local jail. This one, though, will stand on the podium all by itself for a long time. No excuses. F.
