Amazing Hotel, service, ate in the English Grill and food was top notch and the guy at the entrance was brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The hotel is in a great location near buckingham palace. It’s pricey but has a high end vibe( doorman, Terry robe).

It is amazing from the moment you arrive. Absolutely love this hotrl and our 3rd stay at the gorgeous hotel with amazing staff experiences throughout our stays!

You cannot beat the location. We have great transit access and many sites are within walking distance.

What a fantastic property! The staff made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. They always greeted us and had a smile or sweet remark for us every day. We felt like we were staying with family (the ones you like). The room was larger than some of the British hotels that you may stay in; we would have liked a tad more storage but quite frankly the location can't be beaten (hello, King Charles is your neighbor). There are tons of eating establishments nearby, Victoria Station is a short distance away and there are tons of cabs. Cabs are so much better than Uber; you get tons of information and sightseeing done with them that you just don't get from Uber. All in all, we are so happy we stayed at The Rubens! Until next time!

Charming hotel with lovely classic decor, restaurants were good and high tea was awesome. Silvu at the New York bar was awesome. Rezs was great too.

Old world charm and elegance. The rooms are luxurious as are the amenities. Service is exceptional from the moment you arrive. Every staff member is friendly and ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend.

My 10 year old daughter and I came to the Rubens for four nights and had an absolute blast! The accommodations were well-maintained, the staff were delightful and exceedingly helpful, and the location could not be beat. Only a block from the Royal Mews, two from Buckingham Palace, a stone's throw from the Victoria tube station, and walkable to Westminster/Parliament and a lot of other tourist locations. We did not eat at the hotel other than afternoon tea on one of the days we were there, but the food was delicious and the waitress was delightful; the "princess" tea was perfect for my hot chocolate-loving daughter. We will absolutely come back to stay at the Rubens again for a future trip!

The service is unmatched. The breakfast was WOW!!! However the room was a bit musty and the soap they use just stinks.
