Everything was great. Staff was beyond nice, offering free snacks and hot chocolate. The place was clean and the food was perfect.

Very nice stay overall. America in the bar was outstanding. The breakfast buffet is an overpriced gut bomb; dry eggs, and both bacon and potatoes were swimming in oil. Best to avoid this. Plenty of very good dining options within a few blocks.

It was a nice stay. However, this hotel does not have room service and they do not allow meals to be delivered to your room as they previously have done in the past. After a long and tiresome day I found this to be a huge inconvenience.

I was informed at this hotel was newly renovated. This is the sole reason why I selected this location compared to other options that were available. When I arrived at the hotel the rooms didn't look renovated at all. The lobby looked newer however the rooms looked old and smelled old.

I normally stay for 2 week intervals. That being said I was disappointed that I was assigned a room with a view of the back of a gas station and the pile of trash. Next the air conditioner had a constant rattle- felt more like motel 6, in addition no abc channel on the TV. My biggest pet peeve was that fact that the on screen channel guide was never correct on so I never knew what was really on TV?

Didnt like that i was put on the 6th floor and the door to the 6th floor didn’t work, had to enter on the 5th and go up 1 floor with luggage, other than that everything was fine, front desk was great

Housekeeping was available only after 3 days. I stayed 7 nights and a housekeeper came only once. My room was much less pleasant as a result. Because of this, I rated "Cleanliness" 3 stars. The public rooms are clean and tidy.
Why, oh why, are there no drawers or shelves in the bedroom and bathroom? There's a closet with hangers, but otherwise no way to unpack.

Our room was unfortunately not at all clean when we went in, there were clumps of hair all around the floors of the bathroom and in between the bed sheets. Felt gross and unsanitary. The staff were lovely and gracious towards us, but the room itself was not.

There dirty linen in the elevator. The floors in the elevator had stains and “fluids”. Used towels in the hallway. The view outside was unappealing. Old tires, gas station had someone relieving himself on the wall!!!

After confirming adjoining rooms prior day, neither room was ready or available on check in. One room had no towels and seemed hastily prepped. Lobby bar was overpriced and underwhelmed with service and selection. Breakfast was overpriced but satisfactory.

Clean and classic decor and furniture. Not enough light in the room but very spacious. My room had a desk, tv , mini fridge , single cup coffee machine, sofa bed . Gym had weights, two benches, a few treadmills, peloton bike. Self parking garage had an issue with entrance lock on the second floor. Our room was not cleaned and we did not have “do not disturb” sign on. Overall very average experience. For the right price I would stay there again.

Parking garage levels that take you right to the floor that you’re on was nice and convenient. The overall condition of the property was nice. Very clean. Hot tub was dirty but outside of that. No complaints in that area. A continental breakfast would be nice to have and the cost of theirs was a little high in my opinion when most places offer free food options in the morning. 35 dollars for parking is a little absurd when you’re staying at the establishment. The lobby area was really nice and they had a great bar setup. The air and room deal for four was nice and hard to beat. I’d search out other amenities that offered food and didn’t charge for parking.
