I stayed there for two weeks and they would not fix my tv majority of the stay. For the first week i didn't have tv. For the second week they were constantly wanting me to try to fix it. I'd they were in my room for the last 4 days. They never offered to change my room. They lied to me about someone coming to change my tv on another day.

It was close to my job and had many shopping and eating places plus I could have breakfast there for free so that was a bonus.

Overall the place was good. Beds are comfy there was a big problem outside the hotel but then again when I went to gas stations the same bugs was there so I’m guessing that’s out of the hotels control. Other than that everything was good I had no issues.

Location was spot on. Staff needs serious help recognizing Domestic Violence threats and responding properly to police and incident. Cool shower situation though, great for hiding in.

Really enjoyed my time there. It’s nothing like a 5 star hotel but if you need a quick get a way then yes this place is good.

We did not feel safe at this hotel. We were given a room across from a room where the mother left the young children alone for hours. They were running throughout the halls, yelling in their room, etc. When I complained, the front desk acknowledged that they were aware of this. This was by far the worst hotel all-around that I've stayed in.

Clean and quiet

Filthy, smelly, all around bad. The common areas were dirty, the room was old and dated. The furniture was old, broken and falling apart. The bathroom door didn’t close so no privacy whatsoever. Our door loiked like it had been pried open with wood shards on the floor outside and in. All in all a very poor experience.

For the price it was amazing and convenient for me to go back and forth to work while waiting on my apartment to become ready.

Needs serious work, you are treated like some lower class citizen, service animals aren't treated as such , laws don't apply to these people, breakfast was put away half hour early because staff was finished eating, don't matter about customers, homeless camp at back of property, place locked down like a prison

I have stayed at many hotels. I would legit give this place -5 stars if I could. For starters it’s false advertising-they require $100 deposit (I called for it refunded back and am still waiting for the habla espanol chick who answered the phone and promised a receipt emailed to me to email me said receipt of refund… pretty sure they stole said deposit). Breakfast is a bagel and peanut butter. The hotel is dilapidated, run down and disgusting and the front desk staff is rude AF. I have booked many hotels and flights via Expedia and this is my FIRST ever bad review.

I have been to worse, but there was a lot of random people walking in and out. Lots of people in parking lot. Pool was heated. Room was ok, floor was sticky. I used towel to mop. This was not the worst hotel but it definite is giving motel 6 vibes. Nice location. Just old and needs better cleaning.

What an amazing experience! Such a clean, friendly place to stay. On our way down we had TRIED to stay at a Best Western, however we left immediately and traveled on down to our destination in Florida. We found the Sleep Inn, at alot better rate and just amazed as to how clean and wonderful it was to stay at a Sleep Inn. We had children from ages 18-11 with us and they absolutely loved it here as well. I have stayed at more expensive places that were not this clean and nice. The bedding, linens, towels where all clean and the floor was clean as well. Our floor had no carpet which was a plus! The shower was great and we had plenty of hot water, (6) of us and no one had a cold shower! Breakfast was cereal, muffins, waffle station, biscuits and sausage gravy. No meats on the morning we where there. They also had a juice station. For this to not be a well known place compared to the Best Western, we hands down loved our stay here more. We slept in comfort, knowing we didnt have to worry about bugs, dirty linens, we slept in peace knowing how clean this room was! Thank you for a wonderful experience!! We will be back!

After driving over 7 hours from North Georgia to Florida in the middle of the night, we were exhausted and lookingnfor comfort. We were told before we booked that late check in would not be a problem. Upon arrival it took a long time.fornthe attendent to come to the desk, i gave him my information and asked if i could usenthe bathroom since that was our fist stip in the last 3 hours, he told me it was out of service, no alternative, was not motivated to help. Then took about 30 min to check us in and charged us $50 for the late check in. It was 5 in the morning and we were checking out at 11. I couldn't understand this but i had to pee and just paid it. Got the keys and went to the roommon the 3rd floor. Keys didnt work. Went back down, rang the bell, waited, he told me it was my fault and re activated the keys. The room appeared clean but felt dirty, no hot water for a shower, bed wasn't comfortable and blood stains were on the curtains, elevator was sketchy. It was not a pleasant experience.
