The room that I stayed in was a little tired and worn but it was big with plenty of storage space for luggage & clothing. The pool was clean & refreshing with plenty of loungers & chairs.
The hotel had a stack of nice, new mattresses in the entrance so they were making improvements to some of the rooms.

Enjoyable stay. Booking Orbitz takes a while to enter system, causing some check in delays.

The room had bed bugs. The A/C unit did not work properly. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was too small. The only things that were good was the price and the pool.

The hotel is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. Its cruddy, our AC had wires hanging, the shower looked like it belong to 80s high school locker room. The shower head hasn;t been clean and it was clogged, so almost impossible to rinse out shampoo out of your hair. There were 2 towels provided, no hand towels or floor towel/mat. There was no mini fridge in the room, not a coffee maker. The pool tiles haven't been cleaned and the bottom was very slimy. Overall wouldn't stay at this place ever again, even if someone was to pay me for it.

The toilet was also not working, even after „repairing“ from a maintenance guy it didn’t work. Also for this little money, it was terrible for us! For sure the worst hotel during our holidays across Yucatan!

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and treated us very well. The bell boy was respectful and directed us to our room which was very clean and perfect. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Will definitely be there again.

Well located and easy to find. The pool is pretty cool. The rooms are basic and can't say that the bathroom is the greatest confort.
However the staff is extremely nice.
