One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in on our month-long vacation; a general comment would be that air-conditioning systems and the facilities management professionals are not accommodating for climate change. Hence, our room was quite warm at night, since the air conditioner system was not yet turned on in the entire hotel.

This is my most favourite hotel to keep coming back to. I usually don’t stay in the same hotels when I travel but this one is the only one that has a special place in my heart because of how lovely it is! I’ve stayed here three times now and will keep coming back to when in Turin. I think it’s a great value for money. All rooms I’ve been to are very large, stylishly decorated and implacably clean. The rooms have everything necessary but no unnecessary clutter. I love the free bottle of water and a lavazza capsule coffee machine. I looooove the gym - it’s basic but very clean and stylish. Breakfast is delicious - many good options (from eggs, beans and veggies to fruits, cereal and cakes). I just really feel like home here and cannot wait to come back again. The building is beautiful! Very stylish with a court yard in the middle and a roof top. Just a gorgeous hotel! Staff are lovely too.

The booked Junior Suite was really spacious and cool with the bathtub sitting in the bed room. Only downside wasche water temperature of the shower which was not adjustable. A short note to the reception and when I came back from dinner it has been fixed and a letter from the direction. Was informing me that they did. Very professional

The care of the staff made our stay very pleasant right from the beginning. We had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight and the staff had prepared a great box of breakfast for us! The property is beautiful and well taken care of.

Lovely hotel near key attractions. We stayed in 2 rooms, both excellent. We enjoyed the use the gym and restaurants. All facilities were excellent. Would stay again if in Turin.
