Great location resort with amazing staff and service!

Amazing customer service from the moment we walked into the lobby to the moment we left the reso. Front desk was very accommodating and made it easier for me and my family of 4 to upgrade to the Select side of resort. The place was very clean, quiet and serene. Bartenders and servers were respectful and attentive. The food was decent and fresh. Our last day our server whose last name is Luciano was super attentive and courteous. I have no complaints whatsoever and I would definitely go back

Barely any hot water, hard to find staff, food at the buffet was horrible. The few staff we encountered were great. We saw the international dance show and that was fantastic.

This resort clearly struggled with the total of guests which resulted in limited food options of poor quality while the costs of the resort suggest you should get top notch service and food.

I dis not like that WiFi is not included , the furniture is old and the food was not that good.

Accomodations were great. Good value overall. Food was horrible. Confusing schedule and locations within the resort, and whether they were open or not. No ATM on site. Did not like the area outside the resort. Would have been 8 out of 10 in another city.

They didn’t clean my room, they took my towels and I called tree times customer service and I have to run to the lobby and make a complaint about.. A night to many children running around by themselves.

Check in process was bad, they lost one of the rooms on our reservation and were ultimately accomodated in a subpar room in a different building than the rest of our group. Some of the complaints from our group were - cockroaches in room, wifi was not included and once you pay extra for it, it will only work in common areas and not in the rooms. Air conditioners will not go below 76 degrees. Rooms are outdated, peeling paint, sheets have stains, water pressure very low. Lastly the food we had on site was very bland and tasteless. Not a very good value given the price of this "all-inclusive". The only saving grace was the central location right by the water as well as the clean pools.

I did not like the expirience, the rooms are not updated, when i got into my room they didnt have toilet paper, I had to call them to bring some, the air conditioner barely worked in the room, the wifi is not included you have to pay seperate and they said that the wifi is not guaranteed inside the rooms, noone gave us a tour around the place, overall I dont recommend this place.

Unacceptable Experience I was horrified to find multiple cockroaches in my room at casa Marina during my recent stay. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the sheer number of roaches and the hotel's response to the issue was unacceptable. I notified the front desk immediately, and they seemed unconcerned, offering only a half-hearted apology and a room change. The new room they said it was upgraded room it was roach-free, but the damage was done. I was unable to fully relax or enjoy my stay due to the initial infestation. The bedsheets didn’t smell fresh. The new room wasn’t the cleanest. I booked a room for 4 only two towels in the bathroom. The buffet no variety of food. The staff were not that friendly. The shows Súper boring. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the beach and the Disco.
