This resort is honestly amazing, we stayed for three nights to celebrate our two year anniversary and were blown away by the resort. The lengths that each and every staff member goes to in order to ensure your stay is perfect is like I haven’t experienced anywhere else. The floating breakfast is a must and if you can book one of the dinners set up in multiple locations around the it is 100% worth it, the effort put into setting up the decorations is enough, however they go above and beyond creating a personalised menu with your initials as a keepsake. Even after all of that the food is some of the best you will ever have in Bali. Even if you can’t get a room at this resort a trip to it’s restaurant for dinner is worth it alone the prices are very reasonable, especially if you can book into one of their all you can eat BBQ with Balinese dancing as entertainment. Thank you to all the staff at the resort for making this such a special experience. We will be back :)

We came to the Udaya resort and spa for our honeymoon. This has been one of the nicest place we have stayed so far. The staff were extremely nice and very attentive to all our needs, going above and beyond just to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Will definitely coming back in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here! We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay here so memorable. Everyone here was so friendly and always so welcoming. We stayed in 3 other places in Bali and this was easily our favorite. The resort was beautiful and clean, we loved the food- especially their breakfast. Our villa was beautiful and always clean and restocked. The shuttle they offer was very convenient and the staff was always eager to help with whatever we needed. Udaya felt like home in Bali and I know we will definitely be back. It was an amazing place to spend the beginning of our honeymoon. We highly highly recommend this place!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here! We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay here so memorable. Everyone here was so friendly and always so welcoming. We stayed in 3 other places in Bali and this was easily our favorite. The resort was beautiful and clean, we loved the food- especially their breakfast. Our villa was beautiful and always clean and restocked. The shuttle they offer was very convenient and the staff was always eager to help with whatever we needed. Udaya felt like home in Bali and I know we will definitely be back. It was an amazing place to spend the beginning of our honeymoon. We highly highly recommend this place!

Nice spacious room with all the usual amenities. Shower hose leaked and hot water took ages to come . I booked rooms with private pools we stayed for 3 days but didn’t use these once as the water was too cold. Restaurant was a bit basic and dated as was the very small bar. Food took quite a while to arrive but was good enough. Shuttle to the town was really useful as it was a fair bit out of the centre but it finished at 9.10pm so would have been useful for us had it operated for longer. Would have liked to try the spa but couldn’t get suitable availability so used one in Ubud which was half the price. Ok stay would return despite the nice room.

We stayed at the Udaya for 2 nights, and I do not recommend staying there if you are stayong with kids. This is not a family friendly resort.
The resort and rooms are designed for honeymooning couples. Therr is no provacy for thr bathrooms. The room has a shower, tub, and toilet that are open to the room. This is a problem if you are traveling with kids, parents etc. Really inconvenient. We booked two rooms and both were desogned this way. In one room the showr didnt even come with frosted glass and is visible from the room! Two grandparents and a grandson stsyed in the room. The resort allows peoe to book roo.s with kids. They should just stay as a couples onky resort, as many resorts do. Why allow people to book these rooms with no provacy when they are listing kids in reservation?
Restaurant has upscale vibes bur dinner is pretty bad. Breakfast was good. Spa is good too.

This establishment is amazing. Actually felt like we had a holiday. The staff go above and beyond. The breakfast menu is extensive & delicious. The room we had was smaller than I thought it would be & the bathroom is not very private - so if that bothers you maybe this isnt the place for you.
The grounds are idyllic, the private pool we had was very welcoming in the heat.
The free shuttle into town was so handy, and you can communicate with reception via whatsapp which really helped us out while being in a new country.
We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall our stay at this place was excellent. Staff are very courteous, friendly and responded promptly to all our requests. Car hire was easy and the drivers were very good. Good breakfast and afternoon tea.

The Udaya resort and spa is absolutely gorgeous. The property and amenities are beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the restaurant offers great and tasty choices for both breakfast and dinner, the spa is AMAZING and affordable, the hotel offers a reliable and convenient shuttle to and from the Ubud city center, and the staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Ubud area.
