They charged me $150 for my service dog. The worst part is I forgot my paperwork at home. That Manager lady with the glasses who smokes a lot must’ve not liked me for being pretty or being Trans who knows

This property was excellent! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (Sarah the manager as well as Melanie at the front desk, and the corporate manager that I didn’t catch the name of) was unbeatable. The cleanliness of the hotel was a 10. The room was amazing with a full kitchen, including utensils, a stove top with 2 burners, a full size fridge with freezer and ice maker, a dishwasher, full size microwave, and sink. All the amenities included was a huge plus—shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all hanging on the shower wall, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pod, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, hot pads, etc. The pool and facilities were good size! This property includes a half basketball court and patio area with string lights and tabletop fireplace which was really nice at night, and included a lot of patio furniture. The breakfast had a large spread to choose from with healthy options (cage free eggs, turkey sausage, fruits, yogurts, etc), and tasted amazing! I was very pleased with my stay here. There are only 2 things I disliked. One is there is no hot tub in the pool area. I missed this. Also, upon check in, I wish Expedia informed locals that on the weekends there is a $250 hold per room. I don’t blame the property for this but rather Expedia. It would have been helpful to know this ahead of time. Otherwise, no complaints! Definitely still highly recommend this property!

No hot tub:( there was a party going on in pool area so we could not use it at all. Bed was hard. Not enough towels for 2 people. Breakfast was excellent staff amazing and kind! Would staff again and hope to use pool next time!! :)

The construction going on in the lobby & rooms made for some tricky luggage work. Young adults running the halls, screaming & wrecking havoc in their rooms made sleeping difficult at times - very loud & disturbing thru the night.

Great stay. Would definitely stay again. Few things that weren’t cleaned well like the hairdryer that was gross, but overall good experience.

No cups, dishwasher was full, there were a bunch of drunks screaming and kepy us up all night. Alarms went off, some outlets didnt work. WAY TO EXPENSIVE

Absolutely wonderful property!! Staff super helpful and the room just gorgeous. The breakfast options were so plentiful with hot, cold and fresh to made mini waffle options. Would definitely stay here again and AGAIN!!

Although a brief overnight, the location was conveniently off the highway and surrounded with plenty of dining options at the nearby mall. The room was very clean, quiet and rest-full
