Davit was a very helpful kind man at the front desk for midnight time. he helped us a lot during our stay there. I will highly recommend this hotel and if you have questions or needs I know Davit will be the perfect guy to ask him

It was over 27 degrees C but the ac in the whole hotel and in the rooms was not working . There was no shampoo in the room though I have asked to bring me several times . The hotel is in a worse shape it has ever been

We stayed here for one night. It was a good stay, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. However, our view was of an abandoned property and junkyard-like area, which didn’t give us a good feeling about our stay in this downtown area. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options and pastries, plus we ordered an Armenian omelet, which was included. I recommend staying in this hotel overall.

We stayed here for one night. It was a good stay, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. However, our view was of an abandoned property and junkyard-like area, which didn’t give us a good feeling about our stay in this downtown area. Staff wouldn’t accommodate when i needed to downgrade my room for business expenses purposes. Good location. Lovely view from the breakfast restaurant. Super nice that they lend out umbrellas. Nice redo on an old soviet building, ALL staff need to be more customer oriented. Cleaning staff were great. Surprisingly the Robert Cavalli Shampoo/conditioner/soap was especially top notch.

Very cosy hotel with lots of spirit! So different from chain hotels that just look so similar to each other. This hotel has lots of charm! Comfortable rooms, attentive staff, good food, great location!

I stayed at this hotel years ago and I can see the difference service was much better food was much better hotel stuff was more attentive when gave us a room I told them it’s very small specially bathroom and they told they will inform management and will get back to me which never happened. Next time will stay somewhere else for sure.

Great location, friendly staff, very professional and helpful front desk, and great breakfast. it has beautiful lobby with 24hr bar with music in the evenings.

Rooms are spacious, but bathrooms are outdated. When entering the room, the windows were left open which allowed many flying bugs to enter the room. This was unpleasant. However, staff was very friendly and the location is unbeatable.
