It’s just in front of UMCG hospital, first floor you can select where to eat with few restaurants, shopping store where you can find the basic things you need, a big place, there’s a place to sit & enjoy the sun

Very close to the hospital and with easy walking distance of the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and maintained well. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here a few times previously and the offering remains consistent, except for the one morning when our room had been 'cleaned', however the beds had not even been made and no effort had been made to do any actual cleaning. This is completely unacceptable for a so-called 4-star hotel and very disappointing.

hotel is well located & very clean.We booked a double superior room. we were allocated a room with single beds. our only option for a double bed was to downgrade our room. staff were very pleasant but no recompence for downgrade offered
