I paid online for a king handicaps room and was given a twin queen regular room with very difficult parking unloading into the room! Also wanted a room near desk and looking onto pool! All request were NOT met!

First I asked for a room close was tired they gave me a room with a long walk and I had a hard time to find he did not tell me where to go the sink was not draining discusting I started staying here a few weeks ago now I will go back tp my previous hotel they have less problem

Swimming pool seems good however we didn’t had the time to try it. This hotel needs some improvement especially in the corridors. The pillows are square and very little, why don’t you provide normal regular pillows? Breakfast was basic and coffee was ok.

Always have nice people at the front Last time had a gentleman not as nice or welcoming not bad but after. Long drive you expect nice like the other times One thing when you enter the room it does not smell fresh it seems stuffy

I was disappointed because they didn’t give me the room i reserve online I pay extra for the room in front of the pool with a patio and they gave me a tiny room like no patio no view of the pool nothing.

We just had 1 night stopover but was super comfortable and a nice cool room. Sadly the pool wasn’t open, without notice, it’s the reason we booked this hotel. Great continental breakfast offered. Super fast guest laundry.

Very close access to the beach. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable

Hotel was a resort style feel to it. The perimeter wascoswd bit then open up as you went to the rooms. Very nice and clean. The ONLY bad thing i can say, was that the room had a bit of a musty smell. Not sure if it was just mine becuase the rest of the hotel was very clean.

It was nice and quite, felt safe, I just didn’t like that I didn’t get what I requested; room with balcony.

The front desk person kind of ruined or checking experience did not tell us the pool was closed and tried to argue with us that it was and instead of saying sorry when I spoke with him at 6:30pm and told me that the pool would not be open till 10:00 a.m. and I could use it then Umm check out at 11:00am I requested a late check out he said he can't do ,that it was just honestly not a good conversation told us it takes 10 hours for the pool to get clean how does it make sense the pool won't be open till 10:00 a.m. when I spoke to him at 6:30 p.m. he made it very clear he just wanted us to leave him alone and just said talk to morning crew talk to the morning crew.. I asked him to make a note on the account finally when he said yeah maybe they can let you stay half an hour later in the morning I called the front desk and the girl said she didn't know when the pool would be ready as we were checking out people were in the pool I get it I went through a third party site so they don't value those guests as much as people who book directly through them but still I will never be back even though the rooms were nice and clean but both Crews handle the situation terribly and I wasn't even yelling I wasn't being rude to them I was very polite as I have worked as a front desk manager at a hotel but obviously you need to have proper training on how to handle guest when situations don't go right and give them the leeway to make it right with the guest

They have their own EV charging station in the parking lot. There's also a Tesla charging station two buildings down, which is walkable. The room was very clean, with fresh caulking on the edges. The pool and the palm trees around the quad looked great. Would def stay here again.

I loved getting up early and gasing up at the Costco across the street. Freeway access was excellent, very nice location. My wife didn't like the coffee and she's a big coffee drinker, other than that the breakfast was okay. Entry trash cans were full and over flowing, probably from the guests.
