Absolutely furious. Room was reserved in advance. I received confirmation. I called the hotel to let them know my daughters would be checking and would be late arriving. When they arrived the doors were locked. Then the clerk told them she didn’t see the room. They showed her confirmation. She said she could cancel without charge after claiming she didn’t see the room. She proceeded to finally admit they had overbooked and now my two daughters didn’t have a room. It’s 1:30am at this time and no rooms available for miles. I have been a hotel.com user and I am a Marriott Silver elite member and this how my patronage is rewarded? If they were overbooked the clerk could have told me at 9pm when I called. She gave the rooms away and sent two young ladies out into the parking lot in the middle of the night. Completely unacceptable.

Awesome staff, we got stuck during Helene and they were very accommodating. That being said… There were a few stains on the furniture and the balcony was a bit dirty. The tub also only had one working jet and the light did not work. Paid an additional fee for breakfast but was never given information about that and never offered breakfast..

The pool area and hot tub was very clean but I did not have many amenities in the room and had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. The wallpaper by the ac unit was actually peeling from a water leak and damage. The bed was also very hard and not comfortable at all. The refrigerator was very tiny and did not have a microwave close by.

The online pictures does not represent the actual rooms. Its a non smoking facility, but the smell of weed reeked throughout. The furniture is old and dingy, tub in the bathroom had a permanent stain, wall paper was peeling. I was extremely disappointed that this particular location is part of the Marriott brand.

There was very little staff available, and those that curt and unhelpful. The room lacked, basic amenities, such as plastic or paper cups for water or coffee, The shower had two dispensers for conditioner but no soap or dispenser for soap. In short, basic amenities and hospitality were absent.

The staff was mostly great. One evening and one person not so great. Nice amenities and clean.

The hotel rain out of toiletries and know one expressed this to us at check in. We had to find out when it was time to take a shower. (If advised at check-in I would have went to the store right away before getting comfortable). The hallway had strong odor of marijuana

No soap in the washroom. Rude answers from the front desk. Very Unwelcoming front staff. Carelessness. No respect at all for the customers.

There was no soap for the bathroom sink. The bottles of "stuff" in the shower were not clearly labeled and one was missing. The toilet continued to run long after flushing. The shower room looked like it had mold around the baseboards by the door. Lighting in the room was so low it was hard to read in the room.

Meh. Nothing special about this place, but OK for an overnight.
