There was loud banging on the walls throughout the night, people shouting, and loud music playing until 3am in the morning. I ignored most of it, due to feeling unsafe to leave the room. Would not bring my 10 year old back to this hotel, and am super happy he fell asleep early enough not to hear what was going on around our room. Horrible night of sleep. Nothing was very clean, things smelled musty, and there was a weird smell from the corner of the room where there was a floor unit heater of some sort.

Bathroom disgusting. raw drywall patches (no tape, no mud, no sealant, no paint) in the shower, shower head was at 5' 4", so water hit you in the mouth... lots of grout missing in floor tiles (sharp edges), shower curtain let the water get all over the bathroom (and it was smaller than a japanese toilet room). The only heat was a 1960s style heat/AC wall unit, that sounded like it was grinding steel all night (when heating in December), and was 8" from the bed, so the person on that side of that bed roasted, and the rest of the room was still cold. Beds were decently comfortable, but that's the ONLY good thing. Noise from other rooms was VERY evident. Front desk staff was uncaring, didn't tell us how to GET to the room, just essentially tossed the keys to us. no mention of the free breakfast at all, so we didn't get it (cuz we forgot about everything but the funeral we were there for), no mention of ANY other amenities. no amenities in the room. no coffee maker or hot pot. Literally just walls, bed, toilet, and shower. at least the towels and sheets weren't sticky.

The more i looked at the beds i started to wounder there was stains and rips and there was food crumbs and that was just the begging then i took the blankets off and there were more stains and i lifted up the mattress to look at the under it and there was a lot of mold or something but it was really bad and the top had stab marks in it so i was super grossed out.

I never got my deposit back. It’s been almost 2 weeks now. Tried to reach out multiple times, even contacting Wyndham customer service. Nothing. Nothing was stolen or left damaged. Ripped me off.
