Quick overnight stay. Clean and easy to get to.

Property seemed ran down a bit. Could not get the hot water to come on in the shower and didn’t have time to call and wait for maintenance. Owners or Quality Inn Corp really need to spend time in these locations.

Absolutely horrible! Check in was fine front desk was fine. The room had dog hair all over the couch. Pulled the bedding back and pee stains all over the comforter, bugs all in the corner of room looks like it was never swept vacuumed, the remote had no back was taped up the phone was unplugged scotch tape all over the walls. Looked like blood splatters on the wall.called the front desk asked if they could come change the bedding was told no that it’s 11pm and no one could help.. she came n brought sheets that’s it. Found what looked like bed bug shells and a dead one. We left I was not going to let my kids stay. I wasn’t offered another room ether. Definitely want all or some of my money back since. I was unable to sleep in the room

The floors were probably the worst. Our shower had hair from the previous people and the towels were not very clean. I used the restroom closer to the lobby and the toilet had a ring from someone that possibly threw up and hadn’t been cleaned for days.

The hotel is in an excellent location where one can get anywhere in the city fairly quickly. The decor is nice and reasonably up to date. Unfortunately, the ice machine that is located right around the corner from the elevator was leaking enough that the staff could not keep the floor dry. The fall hazard should have been a maintenance priority.

Got to the hotel around 9pm after a 5hr drive when I approached the front counter nobody was available until I yelled out “is anybody here” a young lady approached from the back (not sure what she was doing “sleeping “ ) got checked in rooms lobby area floors were dirty thought what is the room going to look like. Room was clean and comfortable would stay there again overall good value

The only problems were that the hotel cards could demagnetize, the dirty shower head, and the door for my bathroom scraping the floor and could not open all the way.

It was such a wonderful experience. I slept with my eyes closed.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the friendliness of the staff. The front desk had difficulty hearing when i called from my room and offered to come up to know why i was calling - To me that was above and beyond my expectation

The hotel seemed rundown. The room we were assigned was disgusting. First, the door handle was broken. Anyone could’ve just walked right in. The minute we opened the door, the smell of cat pee was super overwhelming. To the point where my daughter threw up, and I was gagging. We left immediately. The front desk lady actually walked up to check on the room, made a face due to smell, and walked out. She changed our room only because I threw a fit. I would never stay at this property again. It’s so gross!

Very comfortable bed. We slept well and awoke refreshed. The room was clean, cool and relaxing . Excellent breakfast, we love waffles, and the eggs were cooked perfectly.
